Worthy for price.
It arrived really quickly, which was great. I bought a bracelet and they also included a pendant for free, which was such a nice surprise at the time of the purchase.
Everything was packaged beautifully — the bracelet came in a lovely box and the pendant in a little plastic pouch, all wrapped in nice paper. It would have been even better if they’d included a small cleaning cloth to help look after the pieces over time.
They also added an Earl Grey tea bag and a tiny wooden peg, which I think is meant for displaying a photo — a really thoughtful touch. The kit included a metal stick and a funnel to help with the ashes, although the instructions mentioned glue and that wasn’t included.
There were also a few lovely messages inside the box, which made it feel really personal.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The pieces are beautiful and I can’t wait to wear them and have my mum close to me.

Expensive price tag, for cheap looking item
Really quick delivery, but found the item looks cheap yet the price certainly wasn't, definitely not worth the money. Disappointed as purchased as a gift but wont be giving it and will now have to look for alternatives.
I know it was a personalised item, and ita advertised as metal not sterling silver that I thought i bought but I have cheap costume jewellery that looks more expensive
Update 3rd May, i did reach out by email but the replacement in sterling silver wasn't offered at that time. That is something that I would definitely be interested in, and thank you for your reply
