Beautiful jewellery and first class customer service
I did a lot of research to find the right company for my memorial jewellery. I wanted something that incorporated my husband's fingerprint, handwriting and ashes, that was reasonably priced and which would arrive quickly.
Inscripture exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy with my beautiful necklace and bracelet. It brings me great comfort to have my husband with me at all times.
The items were personalised and delivered to me within a matter of days.

I just wanted to gently clarify that the marks you’re seeing aren’t scratches or damage. They’re polishing marks, which are a natural part of the finishing process when working with metal. These can sometimes be more noticeable depending on the light and angle, especially on highly polished surfaces.
When your necklace was returned to us, it was carefully inspected and re-polished by our team. However, because your piece is laser engraved and then polished, fully removing all polishing marks would also risk softening or removing the engraving itself. For that reason, we ensure a careful balance between achieving a high-quality finish and preserving the detail of your engraving.

The communication from the company has…
The communication from the company has been great, very responsive and professional emails. However, I was disappointed with the appearance of the ring. There are several colour options and I opted for the silver to wear with my engagement ring. The picture on the website appeared to be very clear and sparkly however when I received the ring it was a dark grey colour with no shimmer at all. Whilst I understand when the ashes are added it changes the colour of the resin, I do feel the picture on the website was very misleading. Had I have known it was to come as dark as it did (very dull) I would have ordered another colour. They did offer to remake another ring in another colour at a cheaper price but I didn’t want to send more ashes. I just felt the picture really was a lot different to the ring I received. I have also had to chase for them to send the video of them making the ring which is an additional service they provide, which I still haven’t received and paid an additional £40 for.

I’m truly sorry again that the finished ring wasn’t what you had hoped for. As we discussed in our emails, resin colour can vary depending on the ashes themselves, and in many cases younger ashes can create a darker, more muted tone. We would never advertise a colour we couldn’t achieve, but I completely understand how disappointing it feels when the final appearance differs from what you had in mind.
We fully respect your decision not to send additional ashes, but if you ever feel differently in the future, please know we would be more than happy to help you explore other options.
In regards to your Sacred Moments video, we had held this back as we wanted to ensure it reflected a piece you were truly happy with. Now that you’ve confirmed you won’t be remaking the ring, we will proceed with preparing and sending your video to you.
