I had a lovely necklace made and was horrified when the clasp broke. After an email to them they asked me to send it back. Which I did. They emailed to say it was a malfunction so would replace the chain for me. Have just received it back. Communication with them is brilliant. Would highly recommend. I am a happy lady.

Absolutely stunning ring, does not look like a typical memorial ring
Had it engraved with both parents names too as both sets of ashes were in there. It’s such a quality piece and well worth the £410 that I paid. I loved the customer services received too. Calls for confirmation and call for delivery. Took around 3 weeks from start to finish.

OMG!! This company is something else. The whole process was so smooth and took a lot of pressure off a stressful time. They turned a bad situation into something truly beautiful that we could keep forever.
