I was a little apprehensive about buying my memorial ring with only pictures to go by. I had a video call with Georgina who tried on the rings herself so that I could see what they looked like. I also had several email and phone chats. Nothing was too much trouble.
I wanted a rub over setting for the stone rather than a claw setting. This was created for me.
I am very pleased with the final product, in fact the stone looks larger than expected but is beautiful. I can have a piece of my husband with me all the time now.

what a welcome right from the start. lovely lovely people. So caring, precise, attentive and very much attention to detail. I felt reassured right from the start. I purchased several items with my mums hair and other stuff, a ring. a charm and keyring all complete with mums memories n very personal. I was able to watch her hair being added to jewellery, which made it very special. all individually and beautifully wrapped. I will be back to order more.
