we singed a contract for our chipshop was a general waste bin at a very fair price. bin was dropped off and.collected on time weekly. thanks mr phil

Local rep came in to our Indian takeaway away "saffron" on long Moor Lane in l10 really friendly and made sure our service was all as it should be. No complaints bins get emptied on time 99% of the time and if not they always let us know of delays. Great service

Ellie & Nisha at Ash Waste have been fantastic since making the switch from our existing waste provider. They have gone above and beyond to help us make the switch and continue to provide fantastic customer service with our ongoing need for waste disposal.

Been with ash waste for about 3 months. Very pleased with the service. Both the staff on the phones and the lads who do the lifting have been very friendly and accommodating. The rep who we deal with is always available for any queries or problems that we have. Hopefully we will continue using them for many years to come.

Poor service, disputed charges and refusal to accept termination

Repeated collection problems at our property, complaints without a satisfactory resolution, and continued payment demands after we notified ASH of termination.

ASH refuses to accept termination, despite what we consider persistent failures to deliver the agreed service. We find the continued demands unreasonable and feel harassed while the charges remain disputed.

We are prepared to pursue this dispute through the appropriate formal channels. Businesses should not have to spend months chasing the service they pay for, then fighting to leave.

Very poor service. Not recommended.

Easy on time collections every Wednesday around 8am. They collect the bins no issues at all. Very competitive prices which is the first reason we joined. Matt T is our rep and he takes care of us.

Phil popped into the out car garage in Huyton. Made us aware that generally all businesses are required to have a waste contract in place which we didn't know. Also sorted us the metal bin instead of plastic as the raggamuffins on the estate have a habit of setting them on fire
