ASH Waste Services Reviews

Massive thanks to Phil from Ash Waste Services who through his in-depth knowledge of the market, has saved Prescot Town Council hundreds of £££ by reviewing our existing waste agreement.

Phil was extremely helpful - not just for reviewing current service provision, but how improvements could be made - and through the dedicated team at Ash Waste Services, has put an agreement in place which betters what we have at a lower rate.

We look forward to working with Ash in the near future.

Phil from Ash was very patient and attentive as we prepared our business to open.
Sorted out our bin quickly and efficiently. Always easy to get hold of and is professional and quick to respond to any issues

Phil came into the nursery and was very professional , can’t wait to proceed.

Phil popped in. We're an existing customer but he was checking that the service was all working as it should. Great, attentive service. Thanks! Would recommend.

Phil has been a great help, will defo recommend him anytime many thanks

Great service - professional, reliable, and extremely competitive in the market. Would recommend again!

Phil came in around 2 months ago and then followed up letting us know about simpler recycling in April 2027.good low price and bin swiftly dropped as well as having a local person who is a point of contact.

Phill came in a few months ago us some money on the monthly bill.

More importantly ASH offered a better service as my current provider was missing collections as the bin men would complain about going down the ally.

I signed the contract with Phillip for my takeaway in seaforth The Godfather Pizza.

Very easy and he got my bill down from £185 to £85 saving me over £1200 a year.

Highly recommend ASH

All credit to Ben Jones, best sales rep in the company 👍🏽

Really happy with the service from ash waste. Much better than my last skip service. Matt is fantastic to work with. Would easily recommend.

Our bins are collected each week without any fuss.
When collections don't happen on the given day for any reason, Ash always collects the following day. No complaints

Matt T. Set everything up for us. Really happy on the whole, we did have some issues with service at the beginning but all has been resolved.

We have used Ash waste for a couple of years now.
Always on time and nothing is to much trouble for anything extra that is required. Matt the rep is very helpful and will go out of his way to accommodate our needs.

Matt is amazing for starters and the service is Fantastic bins always get emptied on time on the correct days stated and if anything changes there’s always communication through Matt the rep or office through email.
