Bought power wheelchair that costs over $1000 late 2024. The wheelchair went dead in late October. I contacted their customer service and was told the battery and charge only has one year warranty and refuse to send me battery and charger replacement.

When I bought the wheelchair it has a five year warranty, I asked them to honor the five year warranty but refuse to send me a replacement battery and charger.

Customer service wanted me to buy their replacement battery and charger. However, their charger costs $149.99. It's quite expensive.

The strange thing is on their website the charger has a five year warranty. It seems to me this company is purposely giving me an inferior charger which comes with wheelchair and wanted customer to pay more money.

The chair arrived sooner than anticipated, perfectly packaged without a single scratch or dent. Every part was securely protected, ensuring it reached me in flawless condition.

Compared to other models with similar features, this electric wheelchair was very reasonably priced. It's sturdy, has a good range, and feels very secure. A great investment in my mobility.

Do not do business with this company! I was in the hospital for just under 31 days - a month - broken hip. Oh wow. I just found out something. ASJMREYE used to be rated F with the Better Business Bureau. Now their rating has slipped below that. From the Better Business Bureau website:

"ASJMREYE is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
To become accredited, a business must agree to BBB Standards for Trust and pass BBB's vetting process."

My son bought me a lift chair for my safety in April 2023. I am a fall risk and break bones in falls - i.e., hip, ribs, wrist, both collarbones, foot, head injuries, and more (complications of my neck being broken twice). It was delivered promptly in mid-may 2023. It worked great until 2024. When I tried to lower it, it would not go down. The transformer burned out. I contacted ASJMREYE. It took almost three months to get the transformer. My caregiver hooked it up. I am unable to bend down. Within 10 minutes, we smelled something burning. The line the transformer was plugged into got so hot, it could have burned my house down. Sparks were flying from it. Rather than replace my chair, the company sent a remote - 3 months later! The massage and heat stopped working in April 2024 before the transformer went out. They did not answer that email or request for a new chair. I told them again after the remote made the chair kind of work. Their answer? The heat and massage are only guaranteed for a year. They had ignored my first email. The remote makes the chair work sometimes. Sometimes, it is stuck with the legs up and sometimes they fall. I've requested replacement for over a year now. These people lie! Go figure! They said their home office is in CA. I found out it is in China. I turned them into the Better Business Bureau (who can do nothing but give ratings), and to the Board of Consumer Affairs. I am about to turn them into the Federal Trade Commission, and the Federal Attorney General as well as our President who is giving sanctions to companies such as this one. To top it off, the chair got stuck again. I had to get up. I needed it to lift. It didn't work. I fell. I broke my hip. They still refuse to answer my emails. Now I'm on a walker - not fun. Do NOT purchase anything from them.

Wheelchair fell apart and left me stranded on the ground. I sent an email for warranty and no response in a month. I tried to call the support number and it just beeped with no answer. Poor quality and not honoring warranty.

I bought a ASJMERE chair and was extremely disappointed in the chair. The chair had a defect and when I asked about the 5 year warranty there was no warranty. ASJMERE rep said the only option was return the chair. They would not even send anyone out to inspect the chair to see if covered by warranty. They offer a warranty that doesn’t not exist and does not stand by the quality of the chair. To return the chair would have cost over $400 for shipping for me out of pocket. Do not believe I. The 5 year warranty the company does not honor or provide a warranty AT ALL. Stay away!!

This recliner is by far the best I have used. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. Well made with quality materials. The massage is vibratory with adjustable intensity and the heat is only on the lumbar area. The lift and recline are smooth and quiet, and the remote to control it is very convenient.

To be honest, the fact that I spent so much money online without seeing it in person ahead of time worried me, although I did refer to some of the other buyers' reviews and pictures. The result is that my chair looks even better than the online pictures, not to mention functions just as described. I'm so glad I chose your product.

Not a big fan of shopping online, especially considering that you can't experience a trial before you buy. During the consultation process, the customer service agent answered all my questions and gave me the best discounts at the time, and the return and warranty policy gave me some peace of mind. The final product I received was of good quality and I will still buy from here if I need it again.

ASJMREYE did a great job with everything. We had some issues with assembly and the customer service team stayed engaged throughout the process with quick and clear communication. We can communicate by phone, email, or online chat on the website, and I can feel that they are committed to providing the best customer service. I love the power recliner, it runs well and the massage heat is very comfortable.

They talk a big talk about loyalty and customer service when their service dept is a joke!
This company is very dishonest, don't buy from them. Their chairs are not as they says.
I bought an infinite lift chair that was supposed to recline flat, but it did not! Also, the footrest only came up but 13” off the floor which left your feet almost on the floor.
This was a $950.00 chair which we cannot use!
I emailed and called coustomers service many times. But they kept saying l had ordered a smaller chair, which l did not!
But even l had bought a smaller chair it was still defective, because of the footrest and fact that it didn't recline flat as they guaranteed it would!
They offered a $50.00 big deal but refused to fix or replace the chair! Whoever writes their web page should have an award for dishonesty!
The bottom line is we wasted lost our money! These people are very dishonest!

This chair is ideal for both sitting and standing. It also features an excellent vibration massage with programmable vibration modes and intensity. Additionally, the lumbar region is heated. It performs admirably. Customer assistance on the phone is always prompt and really professional. The chairs were supposed to come in 3 boxes, but only 2 arrived. I called customer service and after checking the tracking records she told me the 3rd box was still in transit and then the 3rd box was delivered separately the next day. Assembly was simple and easy to follow the instructions. The chair is a great value and will be a valuable asset to my spouse who just had back surgery. It is well made and works as described. I would recommend this recliner to anyone who asks for my opinion.

I have been fighting cancer since Sept. 2015 and have become very weak We saw the add for Asjmeye lift chair that had 5 year warranty. We had the chair almost a year when something broke and when you raise the chair it leans to the right very unsafe We have called customer service 23 times and sent pictures and videos and e-mails they do not respond and when do they give us the run around. I advise you to think before you buy from this company. Check with the Better Business Bureau before you buy.

My chair started malfunctioning in less than 6 months. Found that the frame had a bad weld. Service says they can't replace the defective brace and asked if i could weld it in my apartment. I said no and asked them to send the part or replace the chair. They just ignore me.

My brother used his chair 2 times with a total of 5 hours and died 6 days before the 60 day return policy. We were not thinking of the return of the chair at that time!! I called 8 days after the 60 was done and of course now we’re stuck with a chair we don’t need or want!! I believe the company should make a exception because this was not in our control!

Easy to assemble, easy to use and nice fabric. Delivery was quick and customer service was great. An enjoyable purchase.

Ordered the chair but the original chair was out of stock so they contacted me immediately to explain the reason and offered us other optional chairs so we got a replacement. Delivery was quick and customer service was excellent!

I was a little worried at first, but after I received the recliner and tried it out for some time, I found it to be as advertised..... The material is comfortable, the design is beautiful, and the lift and lay flat function is my favourite, which helps me the most.

I bought a morized wheel chair and instructs are horrible. I called service and nobody was there that could help with connections to battery would have to call me back in two days. Can't use if I can't figure out how to connect or charge. If anyone cares my number is 864-415-7575.
