They advertise a 5 year warranty, USELESS!!! The lift and recliner stop working. Have been going back and forth for 3 weeks now. 5 emails, 4 phone calls and the manager hasn't heard from "the company". I explained without a lift chair my family member has urinated on himself....nothing. Sent pictures with views 6 ways from Sunday and nothing. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their warranty. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered a lift chair due to upcoming knee surgery. The chair came on time and looks like good quality. Comes in one box in 2 pieces. Can't wait to try it. When the charge came through as a Chinese company, I was really worried that this was a fraudulent product/ company, but it is as advertised

Update:
Contacted BBB due to issues with customer service and lack of adequate response. BBB tried for 6 weeks to contact the company. They finally told me they had not been able to get a response from the company. They also stated they are not a government agency and have no authority but to negatively rate the company on their website which they now have.

My recliner stopped working contacted asjmreye in December they initially seemed really concerned and wanted to fix the issue asked for several pics several angles. They spoke to their engineer. A piece was to be sent after 2 months of back and forth with my new broken recliner in the lay flat position. They said it will arrive in 4 weeks. Then they said after the Chinese new year then after presidents day then no response at all. Chair looks great but is entirely useless and after 4+ months I'm giving up that they will do anything at all. Some 5 year warranty. Buyer beware if the item breaks in anyway your done, don't expect anything from them. BBB is all you can hope for! Thanks Veronica!

I tried to cancel the order that was not shipped. I replied to their emails to confirm my order which I never did instead replied to cancel the order. left several phone messages that has no name on voicemail or any type of company identifying info but never received any replies to any form of communication. Their instant message saying they reply immediately is also false. Basically the company is fraudulent. Now I received an email that they have confirmed on their own my order and will be shipping it soon.

eight months and the so called leather is peeling off the chair like latex paint. they wont stand behind warranty. the leather is bonded leather. if i want replacement parts , they want $400 shipping, what a scam. 3 months calling ands emailing , now they just blow me off, bad company.

Chair (MC002JH) has several auto massage and manual modes, looks great and has a 5-year warranty, but not on all parts. The massages feel mechanical, not as realistic feeling as the more expensive chairs.

We ordered a recliner and when it reclines or put back in the upright position there is a loud clunking sound along with a thump to put the recliner in position. I contacted the company they requested me to pack the chair in the box and send the picture. I did so and the box has been sitting in my living room for 4 days. The company has been offering me money to keep the chair instead of sending me a return label and giving me my full refund. I did check and it would cost over $500 for me to pay for shipping. The chair is defective and we are entitled to a full refund and a shipping label should be supplied from the company. The time difference is an extreme hassel for calling and sending emails. When I email the reply comes early in the morning around 3 am. I would never purchase anything from this company again. The Texas address is deceiving, and on the box it says made in China. I really thought the chair was coming from Texas. I have never had a horrible experience like this. I am still waiting and is currently out of around $900. I bought an expensive chair because I wanted quality. My husband does sleep in a recliner for his back and knees. He will have another surgery and we were getting another recĺiner, because after 12 years his recliner was needing to be replaced. When we received the box with the new recliner we took the old one to the dump. Since the new one is defective it has been rough and difficult for my husband to sleep.
It is the weekend, so we have to wait to hear from my last email. Calling on the phone does not work at all.

We are more than pleased with the massage chair. The whole family fights over who gets to use it. LOL the delivery guys that delivered it were very kind and courteous and brought it right to where we needed it in the living room. Overall great experience with this company.

I bought this chair because of impending shoulder surgery, needed hand held remote and lie flat capability. It came, and I managed to assemble it even with limited use of my arm. It didn't , however have a remote that worked the back and legrest functions, just pushbuttons. I wrote a review stating that, and the company responded immediately, sending the remote that works that.
the chair is well made, nice leather and I'll be using it alot. Thanks for great customer service.

I gave ASJMEYE FIVE stars as I experienced helpful Staff with Asjmeye in answering questions I had, then also was impressed with the prompt delivery and quality of the Lift-Recliner I had ordered from you. It is already helpful and will be even more when I come home from the hospital next week after a reverse shoulder surgery. This FLAT Lift Recliner is a 'lifesaver'! :-)
I would like to add a comment as I just have read some of the negative reviews about this lift recliner chair: I do NOT understand these negative reviews. Are they fake??? :-( I can only emphasize that this company responded immediately and efficiently, with all the info I needed, to my inquiries BEFORE my purchase. Delivery was prompt and the chair was unusually excellently protected in its box, came with explicit instructions and the 'furniture assembler' [did not know before that there is a profession like that :-)] I had hired locally for a total charge of $65.00 put the chair together in less than 20 minutes. All parts were there and we encountered no problem. I am glad to emphasize my FIVE STAR review. - Should something change, while now using this truly flat recliner, I will add another comment. 06/22/2023: Now, 1 month after my review above, I have to take 1 STAR away. Here are the reasons: On 6.12.23 I had my shoulder surgery and noticed the following flaws,
1. The footrest does not lift enough to be horizontal with the otherwise truly FLAT position.
2. When lying on the recliner for sleeping [with my arm in an immobilizer sling], my feet were hanging over the [for me being 5'.0" tall] footrest, making it uncomfortable for me to sleep; it probably had to do with my temporarily unusable operated arm and, thus, the inability to push myself higher on the recliner.
3. Another problem for me proved to be the remote
control. It has a too short 'line', thus is under tension when trying to lay it on the armrest to be available, e.g. to use it to change position from lying down to be lifted up. At one point when lying flat on the recliner, this remote control slipped over the armrest due to the tension of the too short 'connection line', and I was hold prisoner, not being able with the remote to lift myself up from the lying position. The remote was lying on the floor, unreachable for me being flat on my back. :-( That was quite dangerous having just been operated on my shoulder. - This definitely needs improvement by the company!! The remote has to be available all the time.
4. Otherwise I stay with my comment that this is a quality recliner und looks and feels beautiful. My comment under 3. is just a word of caution should you want to use this chair for sleeping in after surgery.

I don't even want to give this company a star. They are not worthy and sell junk. At 1st glance you think the product is based out of L.A. USA, however they only use warehouses in the USA and products are actually foreign. Very misleading. Many emails. Sent to them and calls, however they dont pick up phones and call back late at night. I have now turned all my email and phone contact information to our attorney for falsification.

Heat and vibration function just about non-existant. Although seperate motor for footrest it does not rise to level of seat. Functions are soooo slow. Return costs make return impractical and agents lie like rugs. Other than that everything was great

I could not find anything wrong with the chair, I am very happy with the unit and it was very easy to put together and I am 83 years old. It is wonderful enough said,

From the ordering on the website to the phone call from the delivery truck, to make the delivery, our process was smooth and easy. The final assembly of the chair had simple instructions, and took only a few minutes to complete when we unboxed it. We love our chair, my wife and I use it every day. These chairs are awful! Not worth the money and the "support" and "service" departments are useless. Within 2 weeks of receiving our order (on December 11, 2022) of 2 chairs (Infinite Position Lift Recliner Chair W/ Massage and Heating, Power by Dual Motor, Real Leather) one chair would only move up in the lift to stand position, it wouldn't return down and therefore neither would the leg rest go up. I've spent 7 weeks exchanging 30+ emails with this company trying to get a refund and return the chairs. Each time they want me, the customer, to perform a quality fix to the chair and want to send me replacement components to try and "fix" their poor quality products. I'm older and disabled, as I assume most customers would be that want this type of expensive chair. I have assembled or tried to assemble each chair 4 times per their instructions, taken components off of their product. Been asked to accept a work around that would lessen the functionally of the chair (if you use their remote, there won't be power to the switch with the USB port). Always being asked to take pictures and videos while trying to work with these heavy components. When I finally relented and accepted replacement bases to the chairs, instead of a full refund, the replacement bases had stanchions too wide to assemble to the chair backs that I had. They wanted me to "break" (their actual word in the email) the stanchion to make it fit. In subsequent emails they said the stanchion was "elastic". These are supposed to be heavy duty rated chairs!?!

This company is awful. Their products are poorly made and designed and basically junk. Just don't buy from them and save yourself money, time and frustration!!!! I would give negative 100 stars if I could, and I'm complaining to Better Business Bureau later today.

sleeping is great , getting in and out of chair makes life easier. been on oxygen and sleeping in chairs for 12 years and getting this chair is the best thing I've done
