I recently purchased a van from Ask Motors and honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and with genuine care.

The team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions without any pressure or sales tactics. They made sure I felt confident in my decision, which really stood out compared to other places I’ve been to. The van itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their vehicles.

After visiting several car dealers, I finally ended up at Ask Motors and I’m so glad I did! I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz CLA 220 D AMG Line, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with excellent customer service. Dave was brilliant he gave me a full rundown of the car, explaining everything I needed to know in a clear and helpful way. Once I’d chosen the car, Jay stepped in to help with the finance process. I initially thought this part would be stressful, but he made it smooth and straightforward. the final steps of my purchase were handled with complete ease and professionalism.

Finding out that this is a long-running, family owned business made the experience even more meaningful. It’s clear why Ask Motors has been around for so long their service is truly top tier.

Great experience buying and collecting my daughters first car, a very friendly, trustworthy and reliable dealership, great comminication before, during and following the car purchase.

Couldn’t recommend Ask motors enough! From being completely ripped off by a previous garage these guys went above and beyond to ensure I was sorted at there’s! To explaining things I never understood before and finding me the perfect car I will not be going anywhere else again!

Quite simply the best service I have ever received.

Back in February of this year, my BMW Estate was stolen off my drive by professional car thieves / sc*mbags (if you don't already have one, please keep your key fobs in a farady box). After my insurance paid out, I was keen to get a replacement. Having contacted a few places (including local BMW Dealership), no one would call me back? Until I found Ash Motors.

Moe called me back the following morning and from that moment to the moment I collected my new car, was a dream. Nothing was too much trouble, everything went seamlessly, it was like a breath of fresh air.

I would recommend Ash Motors and specifically Moe, to anyone in the market. I will 100% be looking to purchase my next car and future cars from Moe.

Buying a used car on the internet can be difficult and risky but the team at ASK Motors made it safe and easy. We saw plenty of used BMWs for sale around the country but, due to many dealers having poor reviews, we didn’t feel confident about making a long journey to pick up a car that might not meet our expectations. But everything about our experience with Dave at ASK Motors was great and the car more than met our expectations when we drove 80 miles to Walsall to pick it up. The service at ASK Motors was brilliant, their communication was excellent and the car is amazing. A big thank you to Dave and the team!
