I bought a Vauxhall Zafira (2013 year) in March 2025. It is in excellent condition and the service I received was brilliant. I couldn't expect more. All the paper work was done for me and everything was made easy. Being used to 'old bangers' in the past, this car is easy to drive and runs very smoothly. Excellent service overall. The team at Ludlow motors Suzuki were just phenomenal - I’m not wealthy but I urgently needed a practical and RELIABLE vehicle essentially for work. My budget was negligible, yet somehow John, Ash and the team made it possible for me to not only buy a decent car but really they helped me to buy my dream car, I’ve never been able to afford such a good car and I’m very very grateful to them.
My wife bought a Suzuki Vitara from Ludlow Motors 3 months ago. Since then it has been back to them 3 times to solve a non-functioning infotainment unit. The first 2 visits they didn’t do what they said they would (ie solve the problem, not a big ask surely for £17k), and on the 3rd visit (last week) they assured us that it was sorted. Yes, you guessed it, it wasn’t!!! So, my wife called them and had the pleasure of speaking to a rather pompous receptionist, Helen. This lady attempted to suggest that my wife was wrong in a rather condescending manner by saying ‘oh you mean the car that we thoroughly checked before giving it back to you?’ Well, Helen, with respect, Ludlow Motors has already proven its lack of credentials in the ‘thoroughly checking’ anything stakes…….3 visits to change a unit should have you hanging your head in shame! Given the total ineptitude shown todate, and the total lack of customer service skills and care, it looks like this is heading for a legal resolution. Don’t touch this company unless you are happy with the lowest levels of after sales attention!!
