The service Lee of offered was exceptional. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the type of will that I needed. After a great deal of thought I decided to opt for a local solicitor to draw this up for me as I prefer a face to face meeting with a personal touch. If Assurance Financial Solutions had this type of service I would have chosen them as Lee went above and beyond to assist.

At the beginning of my purchase I was a bit confused with the wordings that lawyers use and it's exact meaning. However, after making enquiries I was then directed better on filling out the application of making a Will. Overall, I was very impressed on how smooth and relatively easy it was in having my application processed...and on that basis it must be a "Thumbs Up" for providing me with a great service... Excellent!

Purchased a mirror will via Groupon. Contacted a couple of days after purchase and had an initial telephone conversation with one of the consultants, Peter Dunn. Very simple forms to complete and everything explained both verbally and via videos. Excellent communication and no hard sell. I can't fault any of my dealings with AFS so far. I have no hesitation in recommending them and particular praise to Peter Dunn, the consultant who explained everything so well and in plain English.

Jonathan Perkins was extremely helpful courteous, and covered everything I needed covering. Regarding my will. 10/10.

Really worth while dealing with this company, very informative and helpful all the way whilst drawing up our wills. Took a little time because they are always busy.
