I feel meeting Sam Robins was the best moment during my house search. He was a breath of fresh air. He was super kind and attentive to my needs. Best of all, he was honest and didn't pressure me to make any unwanted offers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new place.

Sam did an amazing job finding my mum the perfect rental flat. He was a pleasure to deal with, listened to our requirements, thought creatively and went above and beyond to help us to secure the flat that ticked every box for her. Could not recommend him more highly or thank him enough.

Wow! There was a problem with the tenants in a neighbouring property causing a nuisance. I was enormously impressed by Rachel in the St John’s Wood office. She was incredibly responsive, helpful and communicative in solving the issue. She was also - critically - really proactive and even handled things late in to the night. I think that made a colossal difference to the problem being resolved in a timely fashion. Really, fantastic service - and I’m not even her client, just a neighbour affected by the issue - so technically she owed me nothing. VERY impressive. Aston Chase is a big agent in this area and this speaks very well of their service, professionalism and commitment to the area they serve.

We’ve worked with Rachel for over a year now and I have to say that she’s amazing! She’s extremely responsive, very reasonable (explains the issue and situation very well) and very pleasant to interact with!
She’s also got a great team in place (Luis and guys).. they have all been lifesavers! The place we were renting was recently flooded, Rachel ensured her guys came to our home as soon as they could to help drain out the water.
I would highly recommend Rachel as a property manager!
