I’ve been using Astra cases for over 4 years to protect my iPhone. I work in an intense environment where things can easily be damaged even in your pocket. I also have a habit of dropping my phone, repeatedly and often dramatically. My case has weathered everything and the phone inside looks as new as the day I got it.
Ive recently bought an iPad case to protect that investment. It looks and feels great. I had some emails around if with the team (due to my wife wanting to use an inferior product)they were spot on with getting back to me and the support they offered. My wife was won offer when I put the case on and showed her how robust it was.

Fully recommend for those on the fence. It’s worth it !!

Order is taking weeks to come and also tracking does not work!!! Have messaged company but no reply

I should have researched before placing my order with this website. Like a lot of people who are not satisfied with their service and products, they’re well overpriced and what I received is not as robust as I expected. There’s been back and forth for over a week of me requesting to return the item for a refund. They don’t seem to want to take the product back, and have been offering to give a replacement, something which I don’t want. Their email responses sound scripted because they will reply to you but will not answer your query. They are more interested in what they want to tell you more than responding to your query. It’s a sham, I’m going to try to recover my refund from the bank if that can be possible. Don’t buy from them.

Disappointed to discover that despite having done some checking, a shipping notification indicates the phone cover I ordered is coming from China, not the UK and delivery may be over a month. Website wording indicates purchasing from a UK-based retailer and the shipping page promises:
“Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days.”
Perhaps I should have spotted a warning in that they also state that if an order has not arrived within 30 business days you should contact them. Maybe that suggests the company itself contemplates deliveries taking far longer than the states 5–10 business days?
The website uses a .co.uk domain, is branded “Astra Cases UK”, prices are in pounds and the impression is of this being a UK business.

Had I known the above before making my purchase I would have chosen a different supplier. In my view, this is significant information that should be prominently displayed rather than discovered after payment.

I’m not suggesting the company is fraudulent, and I may yet receive the product, but it is a question of transparency. I think potential customers should be aware that “Astra Cases UK” does not necessarily mean UK-held stock or UK dispatch as I was led to believe. The order was dealt with quickly as promised but it wasn’t at all clear that delivery could be this long. On closer reading there is much which is vague which leads me wondering.

THE iPHONE IS NOT USABLE WHILE IN THE CASE!!!! The case is so stiff that the buttons on the case cannot move to push the buttons on the phone. The case is totally useless. When I received the phone case and discovered it was useless, I notified your customer service department and was given a list of things to' submit photos of the case, along with a photo of the serial number of my phone. Also requested was video of the phone in the case. (Take a moment to think about that request) I understand that I would be responsible for return postage. I would like to get a refund of what I spent on case and return shipping. I expect a response to this writing.

I am furious they aren’t resolving their error with me and allowing me to return the items they shipped erroneously per their policy. I get fake platitudes but zero action and it has been 8 days of superfluous communication. They don’t walk the talk and have literally stolen my $56.10. I encourage everyone not to do business with this company as they have no principles or business ethics.

I had a problem originally of my own making in not being able to select the correct cover for my Apple iPad. However, Astra were very courteous and helpful (and patient) in leading me back through the process of selecting the right model. They even let me retain the original (albeit incorrect) case which I could “gift” within my family, or friends, where it would match a particular iPad.

I bought a case for an iPhone 13 it’s my second case I love it so much it’s excellent quality fits like a dream. Delivery was quick and arrived when they said. I would recommend Astra cases. I wouldn’t hesitate getting a new case from them when I upgrade my phone.
