Customer service was great. Opened box and there was no product inside. They sent a second package but it was also missing product. No issues getting a refund. Astral Labs was great but Thermal Grizzly was not.

I purchased a Wireview from Thermal Grizzly. Excellent product. You can see the German engineering. I also ordered thermal grizzly paste so I could get free shipping. Didn’t really need to paste but you can always use it sometime.
