This was my first time using Asturias and the service is exceptional! I ordered 2 mirrors but only one arrived so I spoke to Julie, a real person who went over and above to chase the second one and got it delivered very quickly. Thank you very much for good old fashioned service!

"If Carlsberg did customer…
"If Carlsberg did customer service"...Gavin has been absolutely brilliant throughout this process. My initial order was delivered to God knows where by DHL who refused to answer my communications with them. Gavin took up the mantle and sorted this within days, sending me a replacement shower via a different courier and claiming their money back from DHL so I didnt have to get involved.
The replacement shower (Bristan Quadrato) is great and was really easy to fit.
Asturias bathrooms will be my "go to" in future, I can't praise them enough so well done to all involved, especially Gavin.
