Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Battery arrived on time but I realised it was not the right one, I am not sure if I selected incorrectly the model so won't blame them for that, but return was a nightmare. I asked to return it immediately and received a response after 2 days asking for 30 WORKING days to organise return and no need of RMA.....
Went back to the website and of course in their return policy they specifies that RMA is required with 7 days, wrote back and finally after 5 days I got a return address. I sent back immediately and it was delivered within 2 days. After 14 days still no refund so I opened a claim on PayPal and they offered a partial refund if 90% of the price which shows that they were just buying time to avoid refund. 10% fee was on their small print so I accepted but still really poor customer service, managed from China with very slow response time. I can't comment on the quality of the battery but never again from this website or similar Chinese crap, always stick wherever possible to Amazon or eBay and definitely never pay directly without using PayPal. If it wasn't for PayPal they would have kept dragging their feet

It’s been 15 days since I ordered battery which was supposed to be 3-5 days I’m still waiting and this is not a UK company it’s in China don’t make the same mistake as me search on trust pilot or others they are misleading the public with there advertisements beware everyone 🤬🤬🤬

Lasts less than an hour
Bought a battery for Asus k56cb. Takes 1.5 hours to charge and lasts less than an hour ever when the laptop is in sleep mode. So, really don't recommend this website to anyone.

this business claims 2nd class delivery
once you pay this changes to 30 days
the stock comes from China not Portsmouth as listed.
You are unable to cancel or return items because the link for returns is a dead link.
they told me my battery was out of stock and offered a refund which I accepted so I bought somewhere
Next day they reneged on the refund telling me the battery was dispatched. the battery I bought welsher arrived next day. the Asuslaptopbattery item arrived 30 days later and I am unable to return it or get a refund because PayPal says I received it.

First battery received was faulty but …
First battery received was faulty but after a few emails etc replacement was sent and is now working fine. Customer service response was very good.

Good product, but poor delivery experience.
EDITED 9th January 2024 - seven years after I originally wrote this review. I've just had a reply from Asuslaptopbattery (you can read it below) telling me how much they appreciate my feedback and apologising for the delay. It's a nice reply, but seven years late! :-)) Perhaps Asuslaptopbattery has changed hands or got new management. Anyway, so far as I can remember the battery was OK, but the whole computer went in the WEEE recycling years ago.
Here's my original review:
I bought a battery for a laptop. I placed the order on 19th September. The website showed that it was in stock at the depot in Portsmouth. I chose Hermes UK delivery, 2-3 working days. I received an email at 4:35 am the following day to say it had been despatched, with a tracking number.
The tracking number was for Netherlands Post. The PostNL tracker showed that they received the item in their sorting centre on 27th September, a week after the email saying that the item had been despatched. It arrived in the UK on the 28th, and was finally delivered on 5th October. It had come from China.
I emailed asuslaptopbattery on 26th September for a progress report, using the link on their email. I did not get a reply.
The battery is the correct model and the quality seems fine.
