I was recently notified of my unfortunate redundancy, and reached out to Aticus Law for the help of a solicitor.

I can honestly say that I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. My initial inquiry (handled by Bex) was responded to very quickly and ultimately put me into contact with the best person for the job.

Elizabeth, the solicitor on my case, was excellent. Elizabeth was always prompt in responses, proactive in calling me to ensure I was aware of any updates, and was extremely empathetic whilst I was going through something upsetting. It cannot be understated how important it is to feel you have someone in your corner, and Elizabeth was absolutely that person for me.

Thank you to the Aticus Law team! I would be extremely happy to work with you again in future (though hopefully not for the same reason).

Used Aticus as part of a larger group claim, personally I dealt with Grace who has kept me informed at regular intervals and pleasant to deal with.

And she's kept me informed about everything.
I honestly can't praise these guys enough they have been in my experience a pleasure to have them fighting my corner.

After being made redundant Aticus Law was acting as an overall Solicitor for most of employees, they kept me updated on what stage they were at and when the offer was given Grace kept me informed and gave a rough timescale on when I should receive things I need to fill in and when to expect the money which was great, Grace gave great service and very informative, thank you

I was really dissatisfied with the service provided. Communication was poor and the general attitude was abrupt and unhelpful.

Quick, efficient and tenacious, & Grace was super helpful all the way through

Aticus Law need to be avoided at all costs, totally incompetent solicitors. The communication is appalling, Deborah Turner has thankfully left however Daniel Jones was no better. Constantly chasing updates with no response and incompetence has led to significant delays and distress. We raised a complaint and this had no response and is now being escalated to the legal ombudsman. Aticus Law transferred our file to another solicitors without our authority to do so and therefore breaching GPDR. We have been requesting for our file to be transferred to another solicitor and this has now been ongoing for two months.
