Can’t believe how good they are. Having been working hard for a company in the morning to be told I was redundant in a meeting at lunch time along with others was a bit shocking to say the least. Aticus Law got in touch. Grace Woodall their employment law paralegal has just paid me a four figure payment for my troubles. All I did was contact them and sign up to use Aticus Law. Can’t ask for a better service than that.

Was given a quote for the work I required but after over 2 months and despite my numerous calls and emails not even the courtesy of a response. Absolutely appalling behaviour

On many occasions I have been trying to get response from Atticus law I don't know what their beef is against me but they have never responded to my calls at all it is clear that they have no intention on allowing me my rightful protective award money.

This is all come about because I found out after being told by their employee that I was not going to get anything from unite the Union as they did not attend the courts to represent us members and that Mohammed would take the case on and represent us instead.
This was not only me that was told this there are many other members of the Union that were also told

When I tried asking Atticus if they would revers the decision and released my money back to the Union they refuse to have anything to do with me and would not respond to any of my calls or emails

So if I can't have my own money that is being blocked by Atticus law I would like to donate it all to a small girl who needs a wheelchair due to having cerebral palsy.

Atticus law still refuse to speak to me to allow this payment to go through i ask them to explain why they are refusing to make contact to sort this issue out and why we were told that unite the union would not be attending that Court.

If anyone has had similar issues then you can contact .Legal Ombudsman to make a complaint

Aticus Law offered their services to obtain a protective award for myself and many colleagues at a preferential rate after the company we worked for went into administration.
Unfortunately they made a basic error of filing in the wrong jurisdiction, leaving more than half the workforce without the money we are owed.
Following this, they have ignored and avoided all contact and requests for updates. It has been well over 3 months since any communications and I have had multiple attempts to contact them for updates ignored.

Avoid this outfit at all costs!

Aticus brought themselves forward and offered to represent myself and my colleagues in a protective claim against a former employer.
Entrusting them with the process at a time where we all felt very vulnerable and when we considered the fee they were charging was worth minimising any further stress, was the biggest mistake we could have made.
Aticus are THE most incompetent solicitors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Getting any form of communication regarding updates, etc. was like squeezing blood from a stone. It has been over a year and we are no closer to getting a protective award than when we started.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Took on a case for a protective award for an airline that went bust and were absolutely shocking. The lack of communication and 18 months later no payments or answers for us all. Aticus also fumbled the case for NI employees as they werent aware that it fell under a different jurisdiction...a law company making that mistake is shocking. If i could give this company 0 stars I would.
