I ordered a RED collar and was sent a gray one. You would think that with their overpriced products that take forever to ship they could at least get the color right.

Clasp on harness comes undone with ease by my dog! Had I discovered this while out in the City my dog would have been lost!! Completely unethical company putting dogs lives at risk with their falsely advertised product! The price seemed ridiculous but shame on me for being taken. More importantly shame on them for risking the lives of every dog that uses their harness! Absolute garbage!! Be warned DO NOT BUY THESE PRODCUTS THEY DO NOT HOLD UP!

The Returne system is redundant
Customer Service put the Blame on my Dog 15 lbs italian Greyhound the Customer service implied that my dog chewed the Stainless Steel clasp and broke it that 2 times new leashes ..
Who ever is on boarding training the Customer service with no over sight they should be booted out ...no doing there job ...asked for the owners e.mai adress they as founders need to read how there x clients feel ...silence to that request....shit products

I’ve bought products from this company before and never had a problem. The products are actually quite good. The customer service on the other hand, is absolutely horrid. They will never return a phone call, email, text nothing. Nobody ever calls you back. If you buy something make sure it’s the right size because you will never be able to return it. Also hope things never fail, because you will never be able to contact anybody to return it.

Do Not Buy from this Company. A huge Scam. Will not exchange like advertised, and refuse to refund money. A total Scam........ Product is a cheap band and a lousy set up for your pet. Way to expensive for what you get. will not be in business long.

Atlas Pet Company wants to charge me $40 to exchange a harness for the correct size. I got this as a gift. Do NOT buy from them.

I purchased the ultra strong "lifetime" leash for a medium-sized dog, and have used it lightly and with care. Nevertheless, the clasp just failed when I attempted to connect it to my dog's harness, and now the clasp falls open and shut with absolutely zero function. I'm so grateful we were inside the house when it happened, but I shudder to think someone else might not be so lucky. The company refused a refund but offered a repair, which I declined---the mechanism itself is faulty and broke with no provocation, so why would I ever trust it not to break again? My advice: save your pup from potential catastrophe, yourself from heartache, and your wallet from losing money, and choose a different company for your leash.

This is a good company. Yes, you pay for what you get. lifetime warranty. No matter what, durable and stylish.

I'm surprised to learn about the lifetime leash issues on this forum. We have two Lagotto Romagnolos. They weigh between 20 and 27 pounds and are very active. We bought the lifetime leashes and lifetime harnesses for them and we are absolutely thrilled with the purchase. We have had the equipment for about four months, used four times a day for an hour each time, with zero issues.

I particularly like the leashes because they are relatively thick for strength but smooth so that walking two dogs is actually a breeze, despite the random intertwining paths these two dogs take and they go on their frenetic walks. True, they are still puppies, but the harness and leashes make really help on four or five walks a day with these energetic dogs.

Really recommend the lifetime leashes and harnesses.

Garbage product, I spent nearly $100 for their no pull harness. Spending more money I expected a high quality product. My dog is not a strong puller or a chewer. After the 3rd or 4th time using the harness the latch broke off of it. When I sent a message to their support team, I was told that I need to spend $5 to send it back for repair. I do not feel like I should have to pay to send back a faulty product that fails after a handfull of gentle uses.

Do not use Lifetime leash with strong pullers/ reactive dogs. Handle broke open after 9 months letting my 50 lb fear aggressive dog loose. Very scary!!

Ordered the lifetime leash almost 6 months ago and I think it's safe to say this is the last leash ill ever buy. I know they have a good repair policy but my leash is still in perfect condition after 6 months of testing it with my dog Roxie

I bought a collar that does not stay on, and endangers my pup. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. Super disappointed, because I only ordered because of the lifetime warranty promise.
Shop elsewhere.

I coveted Atlas gear for my 3 pups. Then I made my first purchase - a packable bowl. It had no reviews and was almost $40, but I did it anyway. Then I tried to get my dogs to use it without spilling all the water out (it’s a tiny parachute-type thing). And I tried to set it on trails, the beach, in long grass, without wasting water. When I realized I was carrying twice as much water to compensate, I gave up. Adequate water for the pups is priority #1 on our hikes. I thought a company as heavenly as Atlas would make it right. Nope, they didn’t care. After learning from customer service that I was 5 days outside the return window, I left a calm and honest review of the bowl. They deleted it. I asked why, they did not respond. Don’t fall for the hype.

On the front end sounds like a great idea and lifelong value. Lifetime collars, leashes and harnesses for your dog. It’s great until you need a replacement.

1) you pay to ship back to them
2) they take their time sending you a replacement. Weeks not days.
3) customer service is often delayed in responding to requests for returns

Overall this means that you need more than one collar, leash, harness if you ever plan on returning any of them for a refresh. The cost of shipping and the delays make it less expensive to just replace the collar through traditional means like amazon, chewy or a local store.

It’s all great until you need to exercise the lifetime guarantee. Then it Isn’t. And if you don’t ever need to return the items why bother paying a ton of money for something that is VERY overpriced?

Have bought a leash, collar, and harness from these guys and love all three! They’re a small business and the quality is top notch. You might pay a little but more upfront compared to other brands, but for the customer service and lifetime warranty, I’d say it’s well worth it. My little dude looks so handsome in his Lifetime setup!

Bought a leash and a collar from them almost 2 years ago, always use it with my pet whenever we go out! It hasn't frayed or broke, definitely recommend it.

They do have a replacement / lifetime warranty specially in the US where they cover ANY damage done to it. I'm in Brazil so I don't know exactly how it works, but I've also not needed the lifetime warranty myself, these collars are pretty durable and the quality is great.
