Very pleased with our French Doors and…
Very pleased with our French Doors and they were half the price compared to others. The lead time given for delivery was 16 weeks but the doors arrived in 10 weeks. The quality is good and the external RAL colour matches existing windows. One door handle was faulty but ATT replaced immediately with no quibble. Good efficient company and would definitely recommend.

Supplied with missing parts
Supplied with missing parts. Simply told not available. Design changes do not work with instruction supplied.
Use of one keep plate for two doors prevents locking.
Quality control is terrible.
Finished installation is fine after many hours work correcting rotten design. The company were totally unhelpful. Go elsewhere.

Yes, you are correct that the end caps are now obsolete from our supplier. And we are looking to see if we can source from an alternative supplier.

Long waiting for the doors
Long waiting for the doors, delayed by 4 weeks.
When ordering the website is set on white colour as default.... So if you are not careful it doesn't pick up missing fields on the form when placing the order, it will automatically give you white colour as chosen.... Very disappointing... Hence the 3 stars.
The doors seem like of good quality.... Too early to know.

Poor service
I ordered a bi fold door which was massively delayed and only when I chased up was the order processed, on arrival the door was damaged and one of the panels of glass was incorrect, the correct glass was due to be delivered on the Wednesday, I got a call saying not coming til the following day, the mistakes from ATT cost me a lot of money and when i sent several e mails to help resolve i have had no response

Order from Feb 21
We had a triple by-fold doors made back in Feb21.
Some magnets were missing. They were delivered within 2 days. After sales was Excellent
Just wanted to say, 18 months on and the doors are as if they had just come out of manufacturer.
Excellent product.
Ive seen some bad reviews, but, I cannot fault ATT fabs...
Would I recommend? YES, definitely.

Most of parts are scratched and dented
Purchased french patio door from them. It’s not Their fault but they use awful delivery company. They drivers are rude and arrogant, don’t take any care with products what they are handling. We saw they stepped on someone’s door in their van. Yep, of course, our french door was damaged. Packages were ripped off. Most of parts are scratched and dented. We spoke to ATT, “replacement will be 3-4weeks. We’re not changing delivery company “ ATT used to take care customer and their products, but not anymore. We won’t buy anything from them in the future ever again.

Awful service
Awful service. Do not purchase. We should have known better. Please heed our advice. I phoned ATT Fabrications before we purchased and was told delivery would be within 2-3 weeks. I placed my order then was told delivery was way off in the future approx. 6 weeks later and not in time for our builder, What an absolute sh!t show, Trying a get a refund.
Update: it’s not a bespoke product at all and I went through the product details on the phone and was it was a standard product and would take 2 weeks for delivery. You’re chatting nonsense to make it look like it’s not your fault or responsibility.

When you previously contacted us, you enquired about a standard size product which has a lead time of 2- 3 weeks. However when we have looked back at your order, you have ordered a bespoke product, which has a lead time of around 6 weeks which is why you were given a future delivery date.
We have separate departments that deals with sales enquiries over the telephone and processing the orders. The order processing team would have not realised that you had ordered a bespoke product after asking about a standard product.
Lead times are higher for bespoke products due to glass and materials having to be specially made, whereas standard products are going through the manufacturing process more often.

I bought a skypod which later I realised I could have bough it cheaper in some stores and collect it the same day. It took them two weeks to send it to me. They didn't turn up on the day that was supposed to be delivered after two weeks with no prior notice and then they brought it 3 days later outside the time slot they promised!
Not a pleasant experience all together.

As per our website, we do quote 1 - 2 weeks lead time. On this occasion it fell outside the 2 weeks. We have investigated this with the delivery company and they have confirmed that the driver had sustained an injury on the day of your delivery and could not complete deliveries. Therefore this is the reason you received your order three days later.
