Whilst the initial consultation was informative and useful, my subsequent procedure was then cancelled. Six weeks later, and after trying to contact ATYU through multiple routes, I had heard nothing back. I am glad I booked using my credit card - who are now pursuing the company to recover my money.

100% recommendation! Very experienced, excellent evaluation and advice about treatment and options. Unfortunately I don’t live near London, otherwise this would be my regular place to go for beauty treatments.

I recently visited ATYU Medical Aesthetics for lip enhancement, and I am thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The staff at ATYU are incredibly professional and obviously very experienced, which made both procedures completely painless.

I had the treatment done four days ago, and I'm amazed at the lack of bruising from the lip enhancement and how minimal the swelling has been. The results are natural yet noticeable, exactly what I was hoping for.

The clinic's atmosphere was welcoming and calming, which put me at ease immediately. The staff took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in my decision.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting ATYU Medical Aesthetics, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. I took the risk and booked a treatment by watching one of the clinics ads on tik tok..silly thing to do I know so please trust me when I say it totally 100% paid off.Aaron is so professional,he listen to everything I had to say and most importantly he delivered the results I was after.Fun guy,easy to talk to,great at explaining everything to me taking all my concerns away as I have never had anything done before..jawline looks chiseled and natural..would def be going back!it’s a yes,11/10 for me..

I experienced subpar customer service, where it seemed that I, as the customer, had to be at ATYU's disposition. Appointments were frequently rescheduled or cancelled, with unresponsive communication via text and email. This left me in limbo over the festive period, receiving incomplete service. Instead of leaving the establishment content and self-assured, I departed feeling frustrated, ultimately having to seek an alternative to complete the treatment.

Great service, I was given an in depth explanation about the facial, Aaron was really thorough but gentle, my skin has looked incredible since, great home are advice, I’m looking forward to going back for more.
