Morel Maximo Ultra 602 have a MSRP of $399 - They are selling Gray product at over $720 !
You also get no warranty on Gray Imports as they are technically 2nd hand.

Horrible service AND they use review gating.
They sent me the review email and I left a ) out of 10. I was forwarded to their own review page to leave a review. Then I was wondering what their reviews were like on Trust Pilot. I was very surprised by the high review score here but then found Bill's review and followed the instructions to leave a high score in the email and see where I get forwarded. And what do you know, I left a 10 out of 10 in the email and was forwarded straight to here.
I think if they didn't use review gating, their score would be more like 2 stars on here...
Review gating creates a disproportionate amount of positive reviews coming through Trust Pilot, for the scamming business, and their overall review score does not accurately reflect the overall customer experience. This is unfair to their competition because it can lead consumers to favour this business over competitors that actually have a better service, but don't use review scams.
So when you get an email to leave a rating for a business, remember to click the highest and lowest rating and see if you get forwarded to the same place. If you only get forwarded to a third-party review site if you leave a high score, they are scammers, so make sure you leave those comments in the review publicly. It helps make the review sites more accurate and also helps the community.
And remember, sometimes businesses are more crafty and use a more tricky system. They ask you for a review via email and if you leave a good review, they follow up a period of time later with a link to do a review in a third-party, public review site (like Trust Pilot). This is to make it less obvious they are review-gating. So to test this, select a high score in the email. And if they follow up at a later date, they are review-gating, that's the time to leave the negative review publicly.
Please join in the fight against review gating and help review sites and your fellow consumers, by calling out the scammers publicly. Copy the text from this review if you like and spread the word.

After purchasing something from them or doing an interaction send you an email to give them a rating. There are 11 stars labelled from 0 to 10. If you click on a number between 0 and 6, you get directed to their private feedback centre to leave feedback. If you give them a rating of 7 to 10, you get directed to Trust Pilot.

It took a bit of time but at first your First attempt at communication was slow…along the way..
I have been scammed before and I was worried for a while again … waiting for you to return my answers.. but was fine after that..
Service was helpful, though there was an initial problem with delivery (which was rectified without fuss). A note of warning about the product: while the device is easy and comfortable to use with the buttons being correctly labelled as per the original Rotel Remote Control and the majority performing their expected functions, some of the functions of the original unit could not be performed with the replacement. In detail (in the interest of providing full clarification) I wish to indicate that the original remote control (supplied by Rotel) can be used to perform all tasks on the Rotel RA-1570 integrated amplifier as well certain functions on the corresponding RC-1570 CD player. That is not the case with the replacement unit supplied. Unlike the original unit (RR-AX92) supplied with the Rotel RA-1570 integrated amplifier, the replacement cannot be used to perform functions on the corresponding RC-1570 CD player, such as selecting tracks by number, jumping to the beginning or end of a track on a CD, or scanning forwards or back through the CD, thus requiring the separate remote control (RR-D98) supplied with the CD player to be used.

I was searching for a particular type of studio light (CAME-TV Boltzen 55w) that I couldn't find it at our major camera and photography stores, I finally found it on directnine AU and was about to pay the listed price which was $970 and was about to take a month to be delivered but just before I proceed to the checkout I stumbled across an add from Amazon AU and found the same light same model same accessories for only $500... Do you believe that? Half of the price exactly... So just before you buy anything from these guys just make an extensive search somewhere else and surely you will find it way cheaper....

2 weeks of me waiting for my order to process
call and am given no real updates on why it is taking so long to process just to keep waiting. so after having my time wasted I decided I at least needed my money back (over 100$). refund process for unprocessed order is quick but improper.
Absolutely avoid buy your tech hardware from anywhere else.

amazing that the issue is fixed only a day after my order is cancelled. in reality Direct nine advertises hardware that they don't actually have in stock.
my order was a rare piece still it should have been communicated more clearly how long the order processing was going to take. I ordered similar piece of tech (non-branded) from Ebay and it was sent out the same day of order. Alot of better alternatives out there

Made an order three weeks ago of around AUD180 for a product that I had previously purchased elsewhere. No communication. I called after 2 weeks and was told that the item was in transit. Called after 3 weeks and told it would be delivered this week. It finally arrived after 3½ weeks. All could have been okay if only the "tracking link" in their emails actually worked. Got the product I wanted, just took so long that I was getting worried I'd been "had".

Great service and fast shipping :) This business was able to get probably the only 24” UHD monitor in Australia. It actually had to come from the USA direct as that’s like the only place in the world they are sold. There is one other model but this one has a curved base and looks way hotter :)
So it was ordered, at a great price and came to me all the way from the USA.
It arrived very quickly and I will definitely use their services again in the future. I’m really happy with it.
