Exactly what I ordered. Good quality. Didn't realise it would be adapted to US power plug, but I have an adapter to Australia that I can use.
The item is very hard to find.
I was very excited to open the secure package and find my item in pristine condition.
Goods haven’t arrived, Customer service advises in transit and gives a tracking URL which shows they haven’t left.
Customer services repeat same advice on query.
Refusing refunds.

I bought an item back in mid February. I received confirmation and a dodgy tracking link a week later. I had inquired numerous times the whereabouts of my order to then be sent another dodgy link or told “we are investigating”. Been told multiple times it’s in transit and I should expect it soon or in 7-14 days. They say you’ll get a reply within 24h-48h, try 3-6days if you’re lucky! It’s April now and I finally receive an email saying it’s lost in transit, offering a refund. I can’t even say I’m surprised at this point, such a waste of time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star. The watch I waited for and was sent is second-hand; missing a strap, off brand charger, and not in original packaging in a flimsy cardboard box labelled 'as new'. If your company is a front for the 2 big resellers of second-hand/new; transparency is needed on your website for consumers to make an informed decision regarding paying top dollar for an item that is used. Or whether consumers want to buy direct from 3bay or @mazon.

I contacted DirectNine AU, to purchase a hard drive, and now after receiving a faulty item am forced to deal with/send Hard Drive back to US (Costly due to distance and insurance and registered post to ensure it was received) Delivered

It has now been 8 days (6 business day's) and still no refund. I was very concerned from the beginning of this nightmare and now know why ! I am now contacting Fair Trading and my bank to recover funds

I brought a Studebaker clock radio,it came with a European plug & I'm in Australia,we plugged it in & it made popping noises than a big bang,I rang the mobile number & they said to put a pic up on the website & they will refund my money,there is no where on the website to put up a picture,plus the radio looks normal it just blew up.It is very hard to get onto anyone about my request,looks like I’m going to have to take the matter further.

Item arrived a little earlier than expected and as advertised.
I was extremely impressed with the service and communication by the company when it became apparent that my item did not quite match the specifications listed on the website.
There was no issue at all from Directnine, the team responded immediately to my query and kept me informed of the process as it was resolved.
In this case I accepted a full refund, although other options were offered that were more than generous.
Directnine has an extensive range of products and I will certainly explore their options for future purchases.
Easy to order, timely response top postage, easy delivery process. Product arrived as description on line.
