VERY SLOW RESPONSE!!!

I Ordered here last September 10 and until now they even haven't provided the Tracking number yet! They say that my Order was lost in transit! Very Irresponsible! I need a full refund!

Exactly as pictured

When the bag arrived I unwrapped it to find it’s spacious and exactly as shown in the picture.

Company took 3 weeks to ship a product which was faulty. Company did eventually provide full refund

Update two weeks on:
4 - The company have been in touch and have provided a full refund. In their defense, they did respond to my situation which I appreciate.

Do not touch this company! I ordered a product:
1 - it took more than 3 weeks to arrive
2 - it was faulty when it arrived. It took the product to the Microsoft Store in Sydney and they confirmed it was faulty
3 - I've been going back and forth with a representative (not in AU) for 12 days, providing the proof (from MS) that the product is faulty and they keep dodging the request for a full refund. This is ongoing

The delivery was good

The delivery was good, but 5 emails from delivery and or couriers appeared as scam emails some of which requested money to track. I do not know how my details of this purchases ie name, address and email managed to be used in these emails.

BEWARE of this company

BEWARE of this company! I’m currently in dispute with them. They sent the wrong item and won’t accept responsibility and pay for postage (only partial) less than half of the actual cost of return postage to the US.
They continue to advertise the item I ordered, which apparently they tell me they cannot fulfil which is misleading and deceptive.
Their customer service is terrible! They send repeative messages not addressing your concern.

I revieved an email (phishing) saying…

I recieved an email (phishing) saying my order was on its way. tracking was a dead end, wrong address (3 years old). I think they want me to panic and give them my address. no reciept, no discription, I havent ordered anything. Its a scam

Good experience

The collar for my cannon lens was exactly as ordered, no problems with the purchase at all. Shipping wasn't particularly quick but I wasn't in urgent need of it.

Perfect fit.

While it took a while for the item to arrive it was a perfect fit! Reasonable value for money given that it is not a common part that would fit into the high volume / fast selling category.

I GOT HACKED USING THIS COMPANY

This company leaked my personal details that ended up with scammers. When I contacted them about it they made it very clear it's not their problem and didn't care.

Since they leaked my personal data to scammers I've had to,

- Change and close my bank accounts and bank card.
- Get constantly spammed and harassed by scammers because they gave out my email address.

- I ended up starting a new email account.

- Scammers now have my details so I'm constantly a target since this has happened I'm stressed, depressed and anxious and just waiting to be hacked again.
And all DirectNine have said is it's not their problem.
