I ordered a part

I ordered a part. The wrong one was sent. I returned it. The replacement part sent was exactly the same as the first one sent. (Wrong again)
Given that it was valued at $200 I posted this back as well.
They have declined to refund the second postage as it was not required to be returned. Useless to me would have ended up in landfill.
Not up to scratch on my opinion

Useful and fit for purpose.

The review is about the product. A well finished fit for purpose product.
A minor detail is the Velcro closing/fastening which is fairly stiff and hard to open and retrieve contents easily. The nature of the signal protection probably requires a very secure closing mechanism.

Great Service & Quality Products.

Easy web site to negotiate and fantastic service with very quick delivery and products arrive in good order.
I have ordered twice with Direct Nine and both occasions fantastic service.

I won't buy from them again

Still trying to sort out items that were supplied that do not work and getting no help from this company.

I would never use them again as we have lost over $16,000.00 with them on this purchase

Dodgy product, Dodgy dealings

I ordered electronics from their Australian site, I was delivered an American product with American power plugs. They don’t seem to see the issue and have stated that sometimes they don’t have products in australia so will ship products from the US. I had no knowledge of this and when I have complained as the product does not work and it is not what I ordered they have offered several different refund options - 25%, 35% and 100% - however they are now going back to 35% refund. The product was ordered in Nov 2024 and delivered late Dec 2024. Dealing with them is painful. Don’t use them - go to JB HiFi instead.

Pure nightmare!!

Bought a filter that was wrong for my system and noticed it within 5 minutes of purchase. Called them and asked for a refund, they offered to give me 15% of purchase price. I told them to just send it as I will sell them on eBay then.
I was waiting for a tracking number for over a week, then contacted them. They said they would investigate. I contacted them numerous times trying to figure out what's going on. Finally, they said they don't have the filter but have a different one of I was happy with that one. I told them that I wasn't and asked for a full refund onto my bank account. They then tried to give me voucher, I once again asked for a full refund. They said they would initiate and I should give it 3-5 days. Nothing on my bank account after 5 days, I contacted them again and asked what's going on. They asked me to be patient and would investigate.
They then got back to me letting me know that they now have the filter on stock and are happy to send it.
I told them that I want my refund and that I had enough of their games, I threatened with consumer protection laws and told them if the money is not in my bank within the next three days.
They initiated the transfer and I finally got my money back.

Customer service is horrendous!! Never again!! Initially I wanted to buy the correct filter there but no way after this drama. Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else! It took over 30 days and 27 emails plus 3calls to get my refund. What a nightmare!!!

Just what I wanted!

The doubler came from the US, and was extremely well packaged. It does what it’s supposed to, giving me a touch more optical zoom.

Warning do not use.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Immediately after purchasing a radio I started receiving scam your package has arrived emails. Upon contacting support they informed me that they are aware of a current data breach. Which must be ongoing because I highly doubt it happened a day after my order. Furthermore despite appearing as an Australian company a simple alarm clock radio has came all the way from the United States and supposedly is still on its way which is just ridiculous. They also appear to be a lot more expensive than other companies for the same products.
