ordered car speakers from 22nd of July, order arrived on the 15th of August. Shipped from the USA East coast and took a bit longer than expected but it did get there in the end. Goods are as expected. My only advice to direct nine would be to give your clients in Australia the option for an express service when they require the goods sooner than standard delivery. I would have been happy to pay extra for it. Otherwise all is good. Thank you.

I ordered a grab rail thinking it was in Australia. The totally wrong item was sent from Handelnine US & it now seems I’m dealing with Handelnine India.
I’m now fighting for a refund!
It took many unnecessary emails to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
I’m happy to say I now can look forward to a refund.

Great little, compact binoculars with good clear range.
Ordered some headphones. Was led to believe they were coming from Australia. They turned up when we were overseas, therefore didn't get to complain about the fact they disintegrated on opening. This company only has a 14 day warranty on products they sell. Disgraceful.

Because it was easy no fuss , I thought it would be a drama, but was wrong, good communication,
Ordered a laptop from DirectNine website. They confirmed the order and accepted my money. Weeks later I was informed they could not source the product and the would send me a refund. I noted that direct line removed the product from their website but replaced the product on their site with a price more than double the original price. I see this as false advertising. The refund took more than 8 days

Very easy transaction, delivery was good and within specified time frame when ordered.
The company was quick enough to notify the purchaser that order is confirmed. In my opinion it is great customer service. The product was excellent and it is what it says. Delivery day was not notified other than good happy with the product excellent. Thanks
