Very happy with the easy transaction and delivery. My item arrived earlier than expected! I was notified with the delivery process every step of the way.

Having problems with one sensor in settings to the receiver unable to activate melody keeps reverting back to the channel 1 On the receiver. Followed videos will continue trying. Overall the product was well packed on receipt in Darwin Northern Territory Australia. Would consider more once this one works

I needed to replace the intake grill for my central heating. Direct Nine was the only company that had the range of options required to allow me to find exactly what I needed

I ordered a green bankers lamp with a brass stand that I had been looking at for a while.....when it was discounted I decided to purchase it....when it arrived I realized that it was compatable for American 120 volts electricity and not 240 volts electricity for here in Australia so I could not plug it in to our Australian electricity outlet. I was very disappointed as no where on the order did it advise this important fact. I thought I was dealing with an Australian company. I was going to send the lamp back so I emailed Directline and luckily got Wavell who was very helpful and advised me that I could buy a power reducer/converter at a cost of $50 to fix my problem so I could use my lamp. As I live on a rural property out of town in remote Far North Qld I would have to travel 90 klms (round trip) to the nearest town to purchase the power reducer. I advised that this solution to my being able to use my lamp was an extra cost to me and luckily Wavell said he would assist me with a discount on the lamp which went close to covering my purchase of $50 for the reducer. I really liked the lamp and wanted to keep it so thought this was an OK negotiation. Apparently my discount is on its way into my bankcard account. Thanks Wavell.
