This transaction caused a lot of anxiety for me and I ended up buying from another supplier as well because one of my items was shipped from China. It did arrive 23/12 but I couldn’t rely on this.This was not indicated at point of sale.
I do not appreciate the additional foreign exchange charge either.

Only issue we had was with the courier company in Brisbane not delivering for two weeks and lack of communication on their end. My husband had to go to the depot on Christmas Eve to find out what was going on.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service. First, the quality of the products is outstanding. Second, the support is instant. I ordered this as a Christmas gift in advance, but due to the high volume of deliveries, the courier was extremely slow, and the package didn’t move for almost 10 days. The seller sent me a second package via a faster courier, which arrived in just 3 days. Later, the original package also arrived, but I didn’t manage to refuse it in time and returned it at the beginning of this year. The seller promptly refunded the shipping cost. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

I ordered the kids bow and arrow and both my 5 and 8 year old love them. They spent hours just shooting outside. I'm thinking of upgrading to a bigger bow and arrow for my 8 year old as she took to shooting so fast. Very happy purchase. Will be buying again. Recommend for all young children.
