Delivery was pretty quick, took a week and jeans fit like a glove. Great quality and definitely recommend at least having one pair of motel rocks jeans in your wardrobe!

Return not good
Great service and great jeans for my daughter- only problem was, they were too big and no point in returning them as they need to go to England and that was $80 from NZ. Would be good to have a better return system when ordering from Aussie & NZ.

2 out of 3 of the garments I purchased…
2 out of 3 of the garments I purchased ($60 each) were faulty. And I tried to contact their customer service 3 days ago to arrange a free return (they usually charge $30 for returns PLUS you pay for postage) and haven't got a response. I tried following up this morning too.

The shipping takes so long
The shipping takes so long. You said it is estimated 4-6 business days but my package has not come and it has been over 2 weeks of business days. I spent alot of money, it would have been better if you have told the honnestly amount of days it takes to be shipped to aus.

Horrible and inaccurate sizing
Horrible and inaccurate sizing, when attempted return it would’ve charged me $80. This leaves me stuck with them as there was no point returning them for that cost.

I love the jeans and they are perfect…
I love the jeans and they are perfect however the sizing is a little weird just because i got a 28 waist and it was MASSIVE like MASSIVE like a good 8 centimeteres wider than my waist, so then i order a 24 and they were nearly perfect but still a little tight. I dont know jean sizing is a variety through out brands but i have one 24 inch pair of jeans (not from motel) and they are too big so then i bought a 23 inch pair of jeans from a different brand (still not motel) and they were perfect so then i thought i should get a 24 inch pair from here because the 23 were perfect and i can just wear a belt but they were much tighter than the 23. Not sure if this is the other brands weird sizing but I just thought i would share my experience to make sure that the sizing is right. Overall love the jeans

The pants I got were a shit fit the…
The pants I got were a shit fit the front had about 6cm of bagginess. I thought maybe it’s just me, but then I zoom in on the ecommerce pics and they are trying to hide it. I love those pants and waited so long for them, so I ended up just sewing myself. Had to take the front in and add back darts.
