I reached out after 7 days with no tracking to be told they would ship when they received stock in a month.
Ridiculous. Terrible service. Avoid at all cost.

Edit to reply... Pretty obvious who it's is given you emailed me directly as well. Won't be using this company again

Important to be specific

All went well with the order and delivery but i was expecting the colour of the koala bear to be blue as per the picture.

Very professional

Very professional, and all people I interacted were very helpful and prompt in the return of information. The product was delivered in excellent condition and it is better than it looked in the picure.

SCAM

Purchased a charger for a Tonie Box. After 2 weeks realised the item had not been sent. Emailed and told would receive a tracking within 24 h. Didn't so I emailed again. Then I received a tracking but the link didn't work. This is clearly a scam.

This company offers 14 day returns.

This company offers 14 day returns.
When my package arrived and it was only part of what I thought I would received I emailed them for a refund.
No reply. I tried again through the main website. No reply.
Hugely overpriced and untrustworthy.
Buy at your own risk.
POSTSCRIPT
After submitting my trustpilot review I was contacted by Toys Central who did, indeed provide my refund.
Thank you Trust Pilot for keeping companies honest:)

I ordered an item for my husband for…

I ordered an item for my husband for Christmas. They promptly sent me a confirmation email and tracking number
That never worked. The dns server error occurred every time I tried to contact toyscentral. I contacted my post office. Tracking number didn't exist. After seeing reviews of it being a scam site and also receiving dodgy emails after shopping there asking for over a thousand aus dollars for delivery, I contacted my bank. The bank returned my money. Shortly after I recieved emails from toyscentral asking me to stop dispute with the bank as they were suddenly sending me the item. I received the item, which I no longer want due to the above, and they refuse to send a prepaid package or an address to send it back. Police notified. Do not buy with this company. They are scammers. Use different emails and addresses from all over the world, even though they are supposed to be in aus.

Scam site

Scam site. Placed order for my nieces birthday present, money deducted and email sent stating order was processed and tracking was to follow.
No tracking provided, unable to contact via phone or online chat and unanswered emails.
Will be reporting to bank.
Advice- show anywhere else!

Overpriced toy that arrived almost 2…

Overpriced toy that arrived almost 2 months after I ordered it! The links to track the parcel didn't work, it seemed dodgy. Pleased that the toy arrived eventually, but I would not recommend this company.

You better check your cards

You better check your cards. I spent $9 dollars to get Kevin Harts advertisement about a Spiderman PS5. Now it seems they tried to take $79.00 out of my account. Thank God I only had .23 on that card.

No item or response in over a month…

I placed an order on 11 December, I have sent 3 subsequent emails to follow up with no response.
Terrible communication and no update as to where our item is or when we can expect it.

Placed order on the 24th November…

Placed order on the 24th November thinking it would be enough time for Christmas. Never received tracking details and yet to receive a response after sending two emails. Little hope it’ll get here in time for Christmas Day and will have a disappointed little boy.

No communication

I placed my order on the 29/11 and was advised I would receive an email when the order had been shipped. Have received no correspondence since. I have emailed twice for an update with no response. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present. Will be pushing for a refund.

Never got my parcel and they have stopped answering emails

I ordered from them over a month ago (10 Nov) which I thought would be in time for Xmas, but I never got any tracking details and when I emailed them they said it was in customs in Australia and I’d have within the week. Still haven’t seen it and now they aren’t answering emails. Assumed because of high price they’d be legit but it seems not…

EDIT: They didn’t send me an email in regards to the missing parcel like they stated, they sent me a ‘please review’ automated email, which doesn’t even work when you click the link. Still no communication about this missing order. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!

Payment was deducted quickly.

Payment was deducted quickly.
Acknowledgement of order was fast.
DHL tracking did not work despite numerous attempts on multiple days.
Odd text messages started appearing with dodgy links.
Emails of concern totally ignored.
I had given up hope of hearing from this company again.
Today I received an email to rate the service- the link was rejected by safari.
After returning an email notifying of this problem, the article arrived in the post.
Never again will I have dealings with this company

Toyscentral will not refund for goods they cannot supply

Toyscentral could not provide the object I ordered and paid for. They offered a refund by way of a voucher and discount. I do not want a voucher I want my money back.

To no avail. when I phone I get told they are talking to other customers and will get back to me.
They do not get back to me. They will not refund my money
I doubt that this comment will be printed.
