Auction Nation Reviews

There is a general lack of consistency between locations in regards to listing accurately, refund policy, selling defective items, etc. North and East relatively good but West was a terrible experience (won't even look seriously at the items from there anymore) and mixed results at the other two that were purchased from at this point.

Always a smooth simple process.
Great products too.

Super frustrating when owner/house bids on their items - they always bid the price up 50%. Then what you won is missing parts:( 90% of what I buy is missing parts, &/or wrong items in the box (not what box showed). Or something is defective and a customer returned and now it’s on the auction. Nellie auction posts on their site if it’s new, used, broken, defective so customers can decide if they want to buy - not the bait and switch. Never get responses from sellers when your looking at pictures of new items and it says for reference only, then you win and it’s used and broken:(

The outdoor heater I bought did not mention on the website that it was dented, but when I picked it up it had a huge sticker saying dented. It would be nice to be able to get items faster, I often spend more than 45 minutes on items

Wait time for pick up exceeds an hour. Items with 24 hours garentee are frequently missing parts

I like the staff, the counter lady's is nice and they work fast to get you your products.

I have found many great deals at Deal Chop. They have a great selection on the most diverse selection of gooda.

I bought 5 items. 1 wasn't the size truck cover they said it was, 1 was a completely fried piece of electronics, 1 was a broken solar cell and the last 2 food items as listed. Makes me concerned to try again.

Auction nation is with out a doubt a good source of extra income if u know what ur doing

The location on bell Road near the 17 is always on long waiting times with hardly any people. Things can’t be found so I would have to get my refund and a lot of miscommunication in that specific location ( dealchopz )

Please the pictures and discrptions if an item is damaged or missing something at least say what it is or picture it. So we know what we’re bidding on. And east Phoenix r needs to step up the pick up response time. Always takes me an hour at least. Way to long for the hours they allot for pickup

Easy to register, easy to navigate , all locations are friendly and helpful

Bought a kitchen island / cart, box was busted open and there were missing pieces!

West, east, metro, is the best auction, but no longmore,
But i am hippy Witherspoon auction

Great customer service everyone is very friendly and nice love this place

The products are usually as is. the people are usually very professional. The website just needs to give more details in case the products are damaged.
