Auction Nation Reviews

Awesome platform, it is exactly how it should be!! U are not charged anything if u don’t win and the fees are fully disclosed upfront.
Picking up items is a breeze, no complaints whatsoever!!

Everything worked out great!

Manager seems nice but the rest of the employees not so much. Will not be bidding from this location much more.

I wouldn't say great. I feel that some of the merchandise being sold is not being represented honestly and the return policy should be reviewed.

Ive been with them since they opened. Great products, great prices, great staff. What more coukd you ask for.

Excellent customer service 👏🏽

The only thing that I would say needs to be done better is possibly collect all items in advance and having them ready for the customer. Waiting time is way to long. Especially if we are buying from multiple auction locations. Also, descriptions need to be more detailed and accurate.

Deal chop off of i17 & bell rd Arizona is my go to auction now ! Very good inventory great customer service and employees managers running business awesome !! Well recommend

Just GREAT PEOPLE I buy from most of the locations and are FANTASTIC

Definitely an improvement from last year in picking up items. Staff was friendlier too

The could not find my item. I drove 3 hrs to get the item.

The website is user friendly from a bidding standpoint. I've been using this site for many years. The pick up is also easy. I like the fact that when I do pick up items, I see the same check-in and check-out staff, namely Jacob, and he is very friendly.

Employees are always curious mesa auction is the only one I really like to shop on. George is my favorite to deal with over the years always helpful and kind

Whoever is in charge of the coin auctions, always gets back to me in a timely manner and my emails and texts get answered and are very helpful. This was not always the case,as corporate almost always used to mot answer calls, they answer emails.

Dislike time to pickup, can't bid on as much Because of work, go to work at 7:30 get off at 5:30
Lost a few items due to hours.

I love auction nation it has helped me save so much money on my new born items that i know I’ll probably just use for a month or 2

I got what I expected every time, helpful people when picking up merchandise.

Picked up my item without any problems, quick and courteous. I got home, 120+ miles up north, unpacked everything. When I tried to use my item it did not work. (I should have tested before I left.) I called the pick up site and they said to bring it back and they would replace if they could or give my money back. Thank goodness, my husband was going to the valley and he would take it back. They accepted it without any question. I would have given 5 stars, but the item did not work.
