Audika - Altrincham Reviews

Good job well done on wax removal
By Georgina the ECP. Excellent and highly recommend.

Very professional but made easy to understand.

We had a fantastic experience when I brought my 76 year old dad in for a hearing test. The practitioner was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He relaxed my dad and talked him through everything he was doing within the session before we started. The appointment went smoothly and quickly and we received the feedback from the test immediately. I would highly recommend coming here for any hearing concerns.

Just had my follow up appointment with Anthony Moat and was very impressed. He answered all my questions fully and satisfactorily and gave me lots of guidance and tips to help me get the best from my new hearing aids. I shall certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone who is hard of hearing.

Very experienced staff explained hearing test very well and the extent of your hearing loss.explained range of hearing aids available and prices highly professional company.

Excellent test, very professional and friendly. Antony and Nicola are a great team and made me feel very at ease!

I went to see a Altrincham Hidden Hearing. It was very professional his job I write him 10 very very good. He sat down me and explain to me that I need hearing aids but at the moment I’m struggling with benefits but if I had the money I would’ve paid straight away so carry on the good work, thank you.

Antony Moat is so very pleasant, professional and efficient . Happy to recommend Altrincham Hidden Hearing

Professional prompt friendly what more do you need.

After a bad experience & shocking service with a competitor, a friend recommended Altrincham Hidden Hearing.

From the very first phone call, I experienced real professionalism and knowledge . Always a warm, friendly welcome by Nicola.
I was totally at ease during my hearing test with Antony and it was very thorough with no pressure.
It’s like catching up with friends each check up and nothing is ever a problem if I need to buy accessories or have any queries.
Highly recommend. Thank you Altrincham

Antony is very friendly but very experienced. Very helpful & very efficient.

The whole process is quick, personal, local. I am always made welcome as soon as I come into branch.
The assessment is thorough, painless & comfortable.

This is for Altrincham branch - Lovely experience, relaxed, no pressure, lovely staff, always offered a beverage whilst waiting.
Feels like home.

Not like going to Specsavers, where you feel like you’re on a conveyor belt, where you feel pressured & not treated as an individual.

Friendly set up , easy to book etc
Professional advice well delivered.

It was a fantastic gentleman Antony who I saw. He was very helpful & gave me a very good test.
Wish I had come here first instead of Boots, but they had an offer on at the time,
But will be returning to HH when my aids need reviewing.

Met with courtesy respect and care . The experience was not as daunting as I’d expected . I would recommend Goose Green Altrincham to anyone wishing for expert advice with their hearing

Very good service

My initial hearing test at the Altrincham branch revealed a wax build up in my ears. A further visit to remove the wax was carried out painlessly. During all tests and procedures, everything was explained very clearly and the whole experience was made to be very easy. A thoroughly professional service
