Audika - Canterbury Stour Street Reviews

I have been a customer of Hidden Hearing for several years now. The audiologist I see, Alison Preston, is very thorough and listens attentively to any issues I may have. My hearing and hearing aids are carefully checked and any developments / queries are patiently discussed with me. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Everyone at the Canterbury branch are really friendly and professional, they make me feel very welcome. I had a hearing test carried out by Alison Preston she was so kind and attentive and very knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything to me. She listened to me and she also included my wife which was very helpful because we were able to ask questions about how to get the most from my hearing aids so that hopefully we can start to enjoy listening to music together again.

Mandy the receptionist is always very polite and helpful and it’s lovely to see a friendly face on arrival.

I feel very confident with the service I receive.
