Audika - Glasgow - St Vincent Street Reviews

Jane was excellent. She showed me exactly what was happening and also how clean my ears were. She was very knowledgeable, professional and had a lovely manner. All in all a good experience.

Struggled on with nhs aid for a few years. Eventually gave up as it did not improve my hearing. Got two hearing aids, consultation Monday hearing aids Tuesday. 60 day money back guarantee. Great service to orkney residents. Thank you

Excellent customer service & friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Always confirm appointment and Jane so informative and explains everything.

John was clear and open in his communication with me and he answered in detail all my questions.

Jane was very helpful, friendly, understanding and respectful, explaining each process before beginning making sure that you understood each process.
A very pleasant experience.

So I've just had Ahmed out. He's new in glasgow from the London office. From the moment he was in he was friendly he loved my wee dog poppet.
I've struggled with tv sound and not hearing people from a distance etc.
Ahmed done his tests and my right hearing is worse than my left. I was then quoted a price. (Jeez I nearly fell off my seat) £4k for the best I was like good god what have I walked into. I told him how much I had in budget it then dropped to £799.99 I was then wary. Thinking I had walked into a snide pair of hearing aids. But was assured they were just as good and they would work just as well. Only difference they were batteries and not rechargeable. So I said go ahead. I'm lucky I have enough food in as even £800 was still steap. But hey ho tis life.
Ahmed said he had booked me in again for a fitting etc in a couple of weeks.
Really professional and polite. I'd give more than 5. I'll get back on here once the aids are in and I can hear people.

Always made to feel that you matter staff are very friendly and helpful would recommend them to anyone who needs to have thier hearing tested

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Excellent follow up appointments with any issues resolved.

Used hidden hearing for years and always loved the fact it’s a personal experience and don’t make you feel like just a customer plus never felt pressured to purchase hearing aids or upgrade etc.
Can’t recommend enough

I've never had anything other than five-star service from Hidden Hearing. On
my recent visit Jane Lennon, the Audiologist, took time to explain everything she was doing in relation to my hearing test and servicing of my hearing aids. The reception staff are always very helpful too and thanks to this type of service I will always recommend Hidden Hearing to others.

Been going to hidden hearing for over 4 years now and I would highly recommend them they really look after you give good advice and are always at the other end of the phone if you need them
