Audika - Glasgow - St Vincent Street Reviews

The treatment was both efficient and gentle. Kirstie, who saw me, is a very experienced and skilled audiologist and explained everything in detail beforehand. Anybody would be in good, experienced and safe hands with her. Hidden Hearing Glasgow St.Vincent Street is a definitely a good address if you want to have ear wax removed or your hearing tested.

I was visiting in Scotland from the states and lost my hearing aid charger. I walked into the hidden hearing store and immediately was treated so kindly. When I mentioned my dilemma, Mr. BRUCE he attempted to find me a compatible hearing Aid charger that would be compatible with my hearing aids. After several minutes, he was able to do so, and I was on my way to having a fabulous vacation because of his kindness.

No hard sell with the hearing test and you are free to walk away after your test. I did accept the test and purchased hearing aids.

Jane (the audiologist) explained everything very clearly to me, and in a way l could understand. I’ve had my hearing tested before in other places and their diagnosis was confusing and made me feel uncomfortable.
Jane answered all my questions and explained the various options to me.
She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.

The Oban clinic is welcoming, the appointment was on time which is always a good start. The hearing test was explained clearly as were the results. Help was given with updating the App and helpful instructions on the new pages. An enjoyable visit.

I've been a customer at this branch for over eight years and have invariably been met with helpfulness and professionalism. Mr Bruce and his colleagues are always willing to go the extra mile and have provided outstanding long-term support. Highly recommended.

We both had a good, informative and efficient service. We had our equipment serviced and re-set in a friendly manner and were very happy with our experience.

Many thanks to Gordon Bruce for sorting out my problem. My hearing aids stopped working on the night of Friday 22nd December, Hidden Hearing had by this time closed for their Xmas holidays. I managed to contact Gordon Bruce via social media and he kindly agreed to see me on Sunday morning (Christmas Eve) and he sorted my hearing aids out, I can now hear again!!! Merry Christmas! Top drawer service as always from Gordon Bruce & Hidden Hearing. Thank you, Servet

As a guest to your country I had the most outstanding service, when my hearing aid needed a new cord.
Had to send it to Glasgow via mail, as no shop nearby; all went very fast and with no further expenses for me for the spare part needed.
I got it back with good wishes from the staff - a big thank you to them!
