Great service. Lost/stolen my hearing aids and as my insurance covered this I had new pair (with option to upgrade) in days.

Patient and efficient.
Kind, helpful staff. Very patient while performing the hearing test and explaining the results. Discussed updating the hearing aids, but no pressure to actually do it.

First Class Service
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who were at pains to explain the results of tests. Also pleased to note the high level of aftercare. Daniel deserves special mention for the service he provided.

Hearing test
The audiologist Daniel was very helpful and was good at explaining what he was doing all the time he was testing my ears I was never rushed .
Would definitely recommend him ,only had my hearing aids 24 hours but already feel more confident.

They do sort out problems when they arise!
Amber, the audiometrician who visited us at home, instantly recognised the problem which had resulted from a rather maladroit adjustment by a previous technician who had visited in October and was able to readjust my hearing aid by simply discarding his attempts at adjustment and restoring the status quo

Hearing aid fault
Phoned kings Lynn branch and asked for home visit which was arranged for next day Daniel came out to sort out problem with hearing aids and to put app on phone pleased that i could have a home visit as have mobility issues

Cannot recommend Hidden Hearing highly enough! We had appointments in Kings Lynn to have our ears cleaned. Unfortunately the machine was not woking so Lucas arranged to come to our home to do it. First class job and a really personable, friendly guy. Very happy with that. We then had a hearing test appointment at home with Amber and Molly. Two very lovely, friendly girls who did a cracking job again. Totally put us at ease and there was no hard sell for us to buynaids. As we were both borderline we have rebooked another test in 6 months time. Would recommend Kings Lynn without any hesitation. Thank you for a great service!
