Staff in Clayton street centre were excellent, however Westgate road centre were not helpful and rather off hand. Not at all helpful.

Great service in Morpeth
My partner has been seeing Garrie in Morpeth for 2 years for support with his hearing aids. We always appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. We feel we can trust his advice and high level of service. Both our lives have been improved by my partner having better hearing and we appreciate the peace of mind we get from knowing that his hearing is in good hands- there’s always someone to turn to if we need advice or help. Thank you Garrie and the team.

Wax removal
It was initially difficult to get through. When I got my appointment the staff were friendly and reassuring. I needed two visits. The problem with my ear wasn't completely resolved. It was recommended I go to the doctor and continue some treatment at home. I was told I could go back if things didn't improve. This was reassuring.
