Needed just one Airpod for my daughter as one of hers had failed. Easy to order and arrived promptly. These are offered as 3 grades and we chose the middle. It was perfect and looked as good as new. The mesh was pristine and may have been replaced? It paired instantly and is working perfectly. Thank you Audiospares for providing this service at a really affordable price and thanks for the follow up emails to ensure we were happy with the purchase. One word of warning this is a review for the UK company and do not confuse them with similarly named dot com with same name but with whom I have had no dealings!

Easy to find and order the required item. The item arrives very quickly and was in excellent condition as described.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
It is a complete gamble whether you'll have the same experience, but I'm honestly amazed this is legal.
To start, I purchased a spare headphone in November 2025. The site said it was in stock, and rather than waste a headphone and charging case to buy another pair I wanted to give the spares a go. However months went by with zero communication or confirmation that my order was being actioned or dispatched. The money, however, did leave my account immediately.
Fast forward to 8th Jan, I had still had no communication as to where my order was, or when I could expect delivery. I was also moving house so asked for my order to be cancelled and requested a full refund. I heard nothing so sent another email on the 29th Jan. I heard back that it had been dispatched AFTER I'd asked for a refund, and was sent to a property I no longer lived at. Another three weeks passed with no communication.
I finally received confirmation that I would be getting a refund on the 25th February. However it has now been more than a month with no refund being provided.
Absolute con. It's either ran by one person or a whole team of individuals who don't care about their customers. Will never buy from here again and strongly suggest you don't purchase from here.
*EDIT* Following the posting of this review I received an email asking me to take this review down and then a refund would be provided. Really poor form and another reason why I will never re-visit this site.

I ordered a product in December and it still hasn't arrived. They are now ignoring my emails. I haven't received a refund. At this point I'm considering going to the ombudsman but wondering if the admin is worth my time.
It seems something happened around Christmas as there are several experiences like mine now on this site, which weren't there in December.
UPDATE
After sending a complaint through Shopify, calling another company in their building to verify this company actually exists and searching for audiospares on Companies House to check whether it is indeed a real company (I suggest you search for yourself if you're unsure whether to use them, the search will make the decision for you), audiospares was galvanized by this trust pilot review.
I received my product two days after the post. The famous James, that many of the post highlighted as a star employee, emailed me that he'd be dealing with this directly.
The product I received was in perfect working order and had it been delivered in December 2025 (when ordered) this would have been a five star review.
However, despite receiving the item and being offered a discount for the hassle, I cannot in good faith change the rating. It took four months and countless emails to receive one item.
AVOID - Took money, ignoring emails

Once everything was clear on what I required, Jay even upgraded the delivery for 'Next Day' at no additional cost.
I received my Airpod the next day. It was as new condition as described. Synchronised with iPhone straight away without any problems. Very pleased with everything.

Needed to return an item, took them ages to send me a return label after at least 4 emails chasing and now I’ve got proof of return postage but they’re blanking my emails chasing the refund. I’ve now just sent my 4th email asking for the refund.

Item not sent and no refund
I ordered from Audio Spares in Oct 2025. Nothing arrived, their customer service said they hadn't recieved their stock, I've waited there's been no update or delivery and now they won't refund me.
Arduous and defective return and refund service.

Ordered 10th January.
The product arrived by the 17th January and was in good working order. However, turned out that I didn't need it.
Return process started 18th January.
Required 3 weeks of chasing via email and a complaint on the website messaging app to receive a returns label. This was apparently due to problems with their system.
However, communication was poor and I had to chase them for updates. Apparently they tried to message me using their websites messaging app. I do not frequent Audio spares website regularly to check for messages. It would be better if they sent emails.
Once returned on 21st Feb, I did not receive a confirmation of the return or hear anything until I chased again after 11 days of silence and it took another chase after a further 12 days to get confirmation that a return was being processed.
It took a further 10 days and another chasing email to finally receive a refund on 27th of March.
In every email from Audio Spares after the 5th of March I was asked to change my review on Trustpilot to a more favourable one. I do not feel like they were that bothered about looking after me as a customer, or the returns process, only their own review status.
Use with caution. Be prepared for an arduous returns process should you need it.
