Likely a false website, don’t purchase from it. I ordered a charging case for my Sony wf-1000xm4. Payment went though with Paypal then my order was canceled by email but not refunded. Be extra-careful!

Ordered replacement left earbud for Sony WF-1000-XM4 on 28th November 2025, item showed as 'in stock' for the 'excellent condition' version. Received order confirmation email and then nothing....some emails responded to, the majority not. Various excuses from out of stock, new batch received but batteries no good, issue with email server etc. etc. In January 2026 kept chasing and told new stock being received - then told they had the wrong firmware and requested I send my remaining 'good' earbud in the post to then receive 2x replacements with matching firmware. At this point requested a full refund as I'd reached the end of my tether, never got a response to the request for refund so went via bank to receive a 'chargeback' refund instead. Would never use Audio Spares UK again!!!

A genuinely terrible company,

I ordered some replacement earbuds (wf-1000xm5) after waiting for almost a month with no tracking information provided or any update I contacted the support to find out what the progress of the order was the bot gave generic reply’s that were not helpful when contacting by email the person I got connected to said they would upgrade the quality of the earbuds I would receive to make up for the miscommunication ensuing another round of waiting for almost a month still reviving no update on tracking information I then proceeded to ask for a refund and to cancel the order which they said would be processed within a week I waited for a couple of weeks and no money had been returned.

I then reached out to my bank to do a charge back which they have subsequently disputed for whatever reason.

I would seriously just give this company a miss and save your time and money

I ordered Beats Studio pro + replacement earbuds and purchased them in excellent condition, or so I thought. I received them used, damaged and scuffed. Was not happy with it and requested refund from November 3rd and have contacted them multiple times. I still have not received a return label and they seem to ignore my emails. They are basically holding on to my money and refusing to refund me. Their customer service is abysmal and atrocious. A company like this should not be online because they are unwilling to give your money back if something is wrong with your purchase.

Ordered a product as it was listed on website to be dispatched within three working days after having no shipping update at 4 working days I contacted the company I was advised that the product I initially ordered wasn’t available and they had upgraded me and it would be shipped no extra cost a few days later I still have no shipping information. I contacted the company. They hadn’t shipped my item. They assured me they would ship it within 48 hours. I requested a refund.
I was advised that the refund would take 5 to 10 working days and guess what? No refund I had to do a charge back through my bank appalling company appalling service do not recommend.

Had to get my bank to involved to get money back. Order placed months later and nothing and just lies when contacting them. It's probably a scam.

Same experience as many before; no order follow up e-mail, lying about sending earbud but no follow up code, no receipt, eventually not answering e-mails.

AVOID!! RED FLAG ALERT!!!

ordered replacement Sony earbud at the start of Dec 2024. No product received. Enquired via email and eventually told there was no stock but they would be getting some in soon. I waited patiently and eventually received a faulty earbud at the end of Jan 2025. I immediately reported the faulty item and was asked to return. I did this within 3 working days and heard nothing. After countless emails enquiring what was going on and being strung along with most of my emails going unanswered I eventually just asked for a refund. Since then I've heard nothing from the company. I tried to get my money back (£65) from the bank but because my transaction with Audiospares took so long (over the statutory 120 days) they are unable to help.

In summary. Product not received in timely manner. Faulty product received. Poor communication and no refund.

Please avoid.

Really responsive via email. Was concerned due to a lack of update about order being despatched, however order fulfilled in just over a week.

Ordered airpod replacement case on June 30, no delivery email. Followed up, they said they would send shortly. Contacted on multiple other occasions, numerous excuses and no reply to half my emails. Please spare yourself the hassle and avoid this company. It's now August 1, over €60 down, no case and no refund.

Ordered a spare headphone on 16th June via express delivery.

By 20th had still not received an update so asked for a full refund, as having read the other reviews I did not believe they would actually send me anything.

The refund was eventually received on 16 July.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Still nothing arrived. Stopped replying to emails. This is a scam site.

Just like other reviews, I really doubt they ever had the earbud I ordered in the first place.

Polite and rare replies but it does not compensate their incompetence. No real information on what was the issue with shipment and why it never arrived. For sure I will never get a refund, in the end it's my fault for not trusting all other real reviews.

Lost the charging case for Sony XF-1000XM5's and was looking at paying stupid money to get a new one. Decided to take a risk on these as we're about 50 euro cheaper than the next best offer. Honestly, everything went perfectly, case was here in 14 days including a weekend, had an update on the tracker every day or so to keep me assured. Hoping not to lose any more cases, but will be using the same company if I do for sure.

Item never arrived, when I contacted Audiospares they said there had been stock issues. I requested a refund and was informed the refund was sent but it never arrived. They were very polite though.

Edit: I did get refunded in the end after I raised it through my bank

The experience with the company was unsatisfying at best. It was supposedly the only vendor offering a spare Sennheiser case. We did not get a confirmation email after payment. A week after paying and no info (they are boasting of delivering max 5 days) we wrote to them, receiving an answer they are waiting for stock next week. And so it went a month. The staff is responsive, however, and they did refund after failing to fulfill the order. Still the job is not done.

In December 2014 I paid to have a right unit of Sony's XM4 earbuds sent to me and to this day nothing, neither the earbud nor the money, always promising to do this. I advise you not to buy anything from this site.

You'll never receive anything from this company and refund is also impossible. They're very responsive but don't actually do anything....bit of a scam in my opinion.

I placed my order over a month ago and I still haven’t received the item. Moreover, they said after I purchased the item that they did not have it in stock. I had to opt for a different colour and as of yet I still have not received my item.

I ordered a spare Sony earpod charging case on 16th Feb 25 and still not received a product 4 weeks later. I did not get a message to say product out of stock until I chased the product. I have repeated emailed and they are very responsive. I had to chase multiple times to find out that it had been processed and posted, whilst asking for a refund. I received the headphones eventually 5/6 weeks after ordered. Be wary about ordering from this company.
