I ordered several bottles of one of their products, had not read the fine print and was delivered more bottles on auto pay-
Within five minutes of sending an email regarding the second shipment, I received a response.
If that wasn’t enough to realize how good customer service was, I recently had another correspondence and within two minutes, my question was answered, and it was taken care of. This is probably the best company I have ever worked with.

She assured me it would Deliver in up to 3 days and was apologetic. With it being attempted to be delivered and the carrier didn’t just leave it outside on the ground in front of of the door with ups closed for Holiday. It was kept safe

I reached out to them to cancel my almost shipped order and request a refund for the product I ordered that didn't agree with me. They responded within 24 hrs with a very positive response and complied with my requests immediately. They wrote me and honored all of my requests. I am very pleased

Customer service response time was fantastic!

My experience is I purchase the product and unfortunately it did not help my cholesterol so I had to return the product. I have to say Auniva kept their word and refunded me a full refund in a timely manner. Their customer service is wonderful!

This is my second order it started working for me within 2 weeks my dr was impressed o still take my meds along with AMLA My BP went from 162/90 to an average of 125/80 I'm 74 thank you
