Early in my use of the product but nothing so far contradicts their claims.
Dealing with the company was first rate. Some timing/ programming changes meant that my one off order became an ongoing subscription.
At this point this seems to be resolved following a cordial exchange of emails. Big plus.

Excellent communication throughout the shipping process on the product itself, but on the orders arrival, not so much. All assistance with the needed information on my delivery expectation was given very promptly by inquiring by email. So far I have been quite satisfied. I am excited to find out if the product yields results for my numbers to stabilize over the next few months, since it's only been about a week. Will check back in 90 days with my Metabolae experience.

Exceptional customer service. I ordered this from reading all the great reviews. I did not get the products yet so can't comment on the effectiveness. However, when I found out that this product was manufactured in China, I went in and cancelled the subscription. I do not like to buy products manufactured outside of the USA. They took care of my request right away and even gave me a contact person to email if I should have any problems with any future cancelled shipments.

The issue was taken care of the same day I made the request. I appreciate the prompt response…M

We only receive the product a few days ago. With that being said we have only taken it for about 4 days. The delivery time was a bit concerning because it seemed to have stopped moving and then it was suddenly delivered. I didn't realize it had to come from far away. To give an honest review I feel it at least has to be in the system for 2 weeks. I am glad I ordered the 3 packs because I wasn't sure how many were in each package as the packs appear to be much larger when viewing.

The product ordered came quickly and the customer service is outstanding. High level communicators, I have enjoyed getting started toward a healthier life using Ceylon Cinnamon 😎

I sent an email to help locate my package. 📦 Within an hour I had a response and a tracking link. Very responsive and I was assured it was on the way.

I do not yet know if this product will help me and I was rather alarmed to find I had unknowingly set up a subscription . I have been able to delay the next order however which has been helpful. My second order seems to have taken longer to arrive but when I queried it customer service responded positively. The order has now arrived thankyou. I will give it a few months to see how it helps me.

RAPID RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPRESSIVE

It’s early days yet for me to comment on the effect on my sugar numbers.
However,I didn’t realise when I placed my first order that I was in fact agreeing to a subscription and was taken aback when a further payment was taken and another order sent within a few days of the original order.
I immediately contacted customer services and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction within a few hours. It has given me confidence to place an order in the future if I wish to do so. Great customer service.

I placed an order, did not know that it was set up for auto reorder. I did NOT want my card charged every month! I contacted customer support and it was taken care of immediately!

While I just received the product, my sole experience with support was outstanding. Prompt thorough, not some blanket auto generated response. Puts a good face on the company and customer service experience as a whole.

Waiting for product to be delivered but Customer Services were prompt and efficient in dealing with a query that I had.

Customer Service was excellent. Quick response time. When I received the response Juliet provided explicate instructions on what to do and how to do it. Haven't received my product yet so I can't comment on that.

We yet to receive our product, but I made an error when inputting our email. When I reached out to see about a customer number/order number/confirmation number, Juliet quickly responded with what had happened. She was very polite and she gave me the information I needed. Our product is on the way.

The customer service was one of the best experiences that I could remember in some time! Sofia was stellar in expediting assistance and helping solve my issue.
