After waiting over a month waiting for my product, I get a notice that my order was returned because it could not be deliered. I was told my address was not correct. At that time I contacted coustomer service. I was thene told that I could cancel the order for a partical refuned. And I did not want anymore of the product. First of July I get a notice that more product would be shipped and my credit card woul be charged. Hopfull I canceled my subscription. Totally bad experince.

We received our order in time, the representative answered our questions on the dot.Knowledgeble and no hiccups.
Taking the capsules for three days now, we will see.

I received package today.

However tracking showed it was coming from china. There web site does not mention china.
The package arrived today, The package has a second label over the original label stating it was from Los Angeles. They say it is third party tested but will not share the results.

Someone made an effort to hide this was from china and in a email they stated they would not share the results of third party testing.
no thanks................ I threw the product away.

While I am just starting out on these, I did not realize that I was on a subscription. After sending an email to cancel, Orland responded with a very professional and kind response. After adjusting the mailing frequency, I am hoping that I see true results with the product.

I have not used the product long enough to appreciate it's benefits, but my experience with customer service was great. I felt that they were really interested in me as a customer and the money necessary to stay in business, not the driving force. It is a pleasure to do business with this company.

I'm one of those people who have gotten burned by all of the products out there claiming to fix the problem or cure the disease. Your product seems to be the perfect solution. But I'm living on a fixed income and can no longer afford to try the next best thing and now have to choose between meds or food. I need to get my sugar level and high blood pressure down and thought I'd give it one more try. I was going to place an order and use my "emergency" VISA gift card that someone gave me for Christmas to purchase your product. I have recently been flooded out of my apartment and am staying temporarily with friends until I can find a new home. Computer access is not always available. I tried to place an order the other night and the time clock kept running out on me - because of high number of orders coming through? After the third attempt I decided not to continue to try as it was almost midnight. The people who have reached out to me have been pleasant and helpful.

I ordered the product and it came late because the courier couldn’t find my apartment. I just started taking it today. I hope there is not an automatic refill because I can’t afford it. However, if it works, I will reorder it. Customer service did a good job and got the lost package to me.

I recently contacted support team in regards to my subscription. They were quick to respond and the subscription timing is easy to accommodate your needs. Spend a little time to investigate their website and you can find most of your answers there for just send them an email. And they'll answer right away.

I have not been using this product long enough to see a big difference. I already have plenty of pills to last for the full year, so I no longer need any future orders at this time. I did not realize it was an automatic shipment each month and prefer to order as needed. I can't afford to keep this subscription at this time. The customer service representative was very helpful with getting my subscription cancelled. I appreciate that he did not try to strong-arm me into keeping it.
