Recharging $$ for product I didnt order.

I completed one order and recied the product. Thats OK.
Whats not OK the company sent me another order which i didnt ask for and charged my card. Then apologise about it and if I send it back I have to pay the postage from AU to USA and TRUST that the funds will be reimbursed to my account.
I am worried they are going to send me another lot of products and take more $$$

If I could give no stars I would. Do not purchase from this company. You WILL BE SORRY. Big issue in shipping and trying to get above person to respond is impossible. As is trying to get a refund.

Sent wrong product

I ordered the Happy Liver product and received something called Bright Liver, with completely different ingredients. Ive emailed everyday for several days now and no response. DO NOT order from this company!!!

I placed an order and got no updates

I placed an order and got no updates. I’ve tried contacting them through email 2 times and no response. I then disputed the charge with my bank and within 5 minutes of making the dispute they send me an email saying my order is on its way, from China!! Not the US like it says on the website. They asked me to cancel my dispute after I receive my order. The Facebook account that this was promoted on was done on a fake account and many who are responding are also fake accounts. This is a scam.

Enrolled without permission

I was enrolled, without permission, into a subscription program even though I just wanted to buy one time and try it out for myself. I find it very devious that Ritual Labs would do that and charge my card without permission. I will not recommend or order again from this company. Do not use a card! They will enroll you without permission.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. First of all it took almost 3 weeks to get my first order and that was only because I threatened them with reporting to BB and police. Then I get another charge to my visa, because unbeknownst to me, I was automatically enrolled in an ongoing subscription, so they charged me and created another order only about one week after receiving the first shipment! Why would I need more product that soon, even if I wanted to continue with it, which I don't. There is no number to contact, so you are stuck with email only. Probably because they want to dodge all the complaints about their fraudulent practices. So now I'm in the position of trying to cancel a subscription that I never signed up for!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT IN THEIR PRACTICES!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They have been taking $66 a month from my account for a subscription I did not subscribe to. When I received the product a few times I rang to let them know that I was not able to take and they said I wasn’t on a subscription so was strange but I still kept receiving. They won’t refund me. Also if liver disease like me DO NOT take happy liver as turmeric is no good

Deceptive Sales Practices

I haven't been using this product long enough to tell if it's working but their sales practices are deceptive. When you order the product, it's not clear at all you are signing up for a subscription then when you try to sign on to their website they send a "magic link" that doesn't work. I am literally unable to cancel my subscription and have contacted customer service. Stay away.

Dont give them your credit card info, they will continue to send you products you didn't order.

The product produced absolutely no results, the worst part is they are charging me for another order that I did not place. When I go to the website is shows I've never ordered and blocks me from seeing what they call a subscription. Be careful, they will continue to use your credit card for things not ordered. SCAMMERS!!!

Not at all what it has been hyped to…

Not at all what it has been hyped to be. This product contains carrageenan. An ingredient banned in many countries except the USA. It has been proven to cause gut issues. It caused me gut pain before I finished the first bottle, to the point of nausea and disturbing my sleep. Returning the item became an exercise in resilience. I first reached out to customer service on April 23, 2026. Their response was to suggest that I contine to take the supplement, which I refused. I was assured that I would receive a refund. I return shipped three bottles of Happy Liver via UPS to an address they provided at my own cost on June 2, 2026. I emailed tracking information and email communication from over a month, but have not received any communication from them in response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Beware of Fraudulent Ritual Labs

Buyer beware with Ritual Labs Happy Liver. They are marketing their products as European supplements shipping out of North America, but reality checks show they are drop-shipping directly from Shenzhen, China. Trying to return a health supplement from Canada to China is a logistical nightmare. Because of this misleading information, I have demanded an immediate cancellation and the 100% refund promised by their sales policy before the shipment leaves the origin country. I don't even know where to begin with…

I don't even know where to begin with this scam company ..
Products took 4 weeks to arrive.. way longer than expected!
Emailed CS when it was in transit that I did not want the supps anymore seen that the products are not legit , not of superior standards etc
Got a couple of responses that were erratic and said not to accept the package when it arrived and return to sender. However I was not home and the package was left outside.. having reached out again, I was informed that I should send it back With the carrier that delivered it.. no signs on the package who delivered it though and despite having emailed a dozen times, there is absolutely no contact from them since. This is over a week now.. and it has cost me enough as ordered 6 bottles!

Do not deal with this company at all!

I purchased one order which took…forever to be received

I purchased one order which took literally forever to get to me, then when I finally received the order, I was prompted that another order was on the way that supposedly I ordered. My CC had already been charged. I emailed immediately and finally I got an email that my order and account had been cancelled, but no refund. THEN I saw ANOTHER coming my way with another CC charge. Now, I'm pissed. I've contacted via email steady that they need to refund my card and the last email said as soon as I return the item they will refund. Bull-s-h-i-t!! DoO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. UNETHICAL CROOKS! Incompetent in every way replying with the same AI slop bogus replies as others have gotten. I'm considering my options.

FRAUD

BEWARE: SCAM
I've emailed them 4 times asking to cancel my order - never received a reply. In the last email I said I would wait 48 hours before contacting my credit card company... nothing.

I tried calling the Florida phone number listed on their website- it doesn't work - doesn't even ring. On their contact page, as another person mentioned, another company is listed but that one appears to be fake as well.

Please read the rest of the reviews here - the "good" reviews make no sense - most likely written by the creeps running this scam.

I'm sure, if these fraudsters reply, it'll be the same canned response saying "we take this seriously... blah blah blah." No they don't. They're liars, cheats, scammers who belong in jail. I've reported this to my credit card company and will continue reporting them everywhere I can.

Oh, and they've already blocked me on Facebook for trying to alert others. Horrible people.

BUYER BEWARE

Ordered the product. Took forever to receive, so I suppose it came from China. This morning a week after receiving I got a credit card purchase notification for MORE product. I immediately tried to stop. Company responded and said it was “easy to miss the subscription button” and I should try the product first a while. I said no. Then she comes back and says too bad it has shipped. But less than 5 minutes before said it hadn’t. BUYER BEWARE.
