Good quality and fast shipping

My biggest concern is buying a product but then being placed on a recurring charge every month. I don’t like that.

Fast response, helpful attitude.

It's my first time ordering from Ritual Labs. The company was highly recommended from members of a support group I belong to. They are reliable, honest and have clean ingredients in their products. Also, when I had an issue with shipping, they answered my query immediately!

Sara was very eager and capable of providing excellent customer service and solving my issue quickly.

We had a problem at checkout. I emailed and within the hour had the problem resolved. Wonderful customer service!

My personal experience is that I have received my product problem free. What I am waiting on is to see how well it is working on getting my liver enzymes perfectly normal, otherwise proof for me through my labs that it is indeed working as many others claim, once I am sure of that I can even rate higher, should it not make a difference then it would be an expensive product that doesn't produce, however I have heard from many reviews and group discussions that it's the only one that works due to an ingredient that is mega sized compared to others, that actually do not produce the desired effects. If this is healing my fatty liver then the cost is reasonable because the reward of a healthy liver is worth every cent. I just need more time and lab results for me to join the bandwagon of how it is exactly as others say, and if I get those results I too will be very happy to increase my rating from 4 to 5.

The product, packaging, and service is first rate.

Extremely disappointed!!!! I did NOT purchase a subscription and they just kept taking money out. It’s impossible to figure out how to cancel it and I still haven’t received the refund! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Shady!!

Ritual Labs are dirty business owners with dirty business procedures. They get you onto a subscription that is impossible to cancel, you literally have to cancel your credit card to stop them debiting your account. Shame on you Ritual Labs, I’ll be telling everyone who will listen about your disgusting behaviours.

Same as many others. THEY MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP A SUBSCRIPTION. I am looking deeper into this company in hopes that I can make a Federal complaint. I hope they suffer greatly in life.

A bunch of scammers that take your money and don't answer emails for a refund.

The customer service was timely and accommodating.

The first response received from Customer Support was negative and I feared I had been victim of a scam. However, this was almost immediately corrected - which I appreciate. So overall - good service.

Taking it for 2 weeks now. Havent seen a difference, but definitely should take with food.

I made a one time purchase. But they charged my account for another shipment. I tried to cancel everything and SARA said everything was canceled, well I was still charged . This company just wants to take all the money they can from you. Please beware......
Also I haven't seen any changes by taking this happy liver product.

I can’t comment on the medicine itself but the company is responsive and from the response I’ve gotten from them, I believe the medicine has to be valuable.
