They do not answer the phone or return emails. I had my credit card change my account and they billed with a different seller number. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I have been trying to return for refund and they won't contact me

I had questions about product and interaction with a blood thinner and your advice was good and kept my safety first. I also contacted my doctor as you recommended and he said not safe for me till off the blood thinners. I definitely will be back after January when off meds to take your product. I’m impressed with how thoughtful

Accidently subscribed but got too much product,responded quickly to my concerns & told me how to correct issue.

Buyer beware. I started happy liver June 8, 2026. The side effects were constant intestinal pain. There was no weight loss, no extra energy, no better sleep pattern. I stopped taking it on July 7, 2026. By this time I had three bottles and under the 60 day warranty, I ask for a refund and to return the three bottles. They refused to give me the refund, stating 11. 99 of each order would be donated for experiment. I wanted my full 39.99 times 2 that I originally paid. They do not stand by their warranty if you want to refund.

Prompt response and communication

I've been trying for a month to cancel my subscription. When I try to email their support address, I get a run around. Calling them results in getting disconnected before being able to talk with an agent. This company is not to be trusted.

It took over two weeks to get my order, so I’ve only been using them for a couple weeks now so I can’t really give an honest review since two weeks time isn’t really enough to tell anything. I’d be happy to give a review say after two months when I could actually have enough time to know if there’s been any change.

Do not trust this company. Their website indicates they are based in Miami, however the shipments arrive from overseas and take forever to arrive. I questioned what country they are coming from and received no response. Also requested a replacement bottle, since one of them arrived unsealed. Have not had any reply after two requests.

The glycine I began taking has improved my sleep immensely.
