Incredibly difficult to cancel automatic subscription. I took extra care on the company website to not order a renewal subscription. And still, I was being charged monthly for a product I did not want. I ultimately had to cancel my credit card to avoid the monthly charge. The company makes it incredibly difficult to cancel subscription after the fact. After fiddling right left and center on their web site, I was still unable to cancel…

I am still going through a refund process!! Holy crap what an endless amount of emails I have been going through! This company is outrages and untrusting. Everytime I get a email from someone new and I have to explain the whole situation again. I ordered found out I subscribed (which I did not) I immediately emailed to cancel with no response right away, the next day I get an email saying they cannot refund it has been sent! Not my fault! Finally I get another email I had to explain to and they finally said they would refund on June 16th saying it would be 5-10 business days! It is now July 14th and no refund! Oh and on the 11th of July they charged me $94.94. I again immediately emailed and thank goodness that was refunded as I was talking to my card company to dispute once again. Do not trust anything they say it seems they are just buying time so you forget about it and just move on.

The customer service is great. Someone always gets right back to you.

I ordered, June 12th they charged me DOUBLE $299, I emailed same day as ordered they said nothing they could do and shipped me double what I ordered saying “you can return it to this address when you get til I returned it as instructed same day I got it (June 29th!! They lied about it already being shipped when I contacted them June 12). I ship the entire order back FedEx, then crickets no replies to emails, no refund, now I’m working with American Express trying to dispute the charge because I’m out my $299 and I didn’t budget for them to take an extra $150 I’m a senior and now I’m out $299. Wouldn’t trust any product from them if their business practices are this bad their product is probably worse!

Well, follow and clear communication was the key.

CS handled my request immediately. What was a problem was not being able to cancel the subscription myself on the "Manage Subscription" page at all, which is what the web page says I could do.

It wasnt bothersome in the least bit.

Customer service was very fast, answered my question and helped right away, all the time being very polite and cheerful about it!

Cancelled my order and subscription and they still shipped it anyway. Asking for a refund, but they stopped replying. Impossible to connect with anyone but their AI chatbot. And it comes from CHINA. Deceptive marketing! Buyer beware!

Very easy return

What this company can do better is, stop putting customers on automatic subscription plans. Give customers an option to choose a one time order or a subscription plan. Don't assume the customer want to be automatically put on a subscription plan.

I think it wise to make sure your customers know that when they place an order that the notice of a recurring subscription is in very large print and needs to be checked in the box for acceptance. I placed an order for 2 bottles get 1 free which is 3 months worth. I found out a month later after being charged $94 and some cents that I had a recurring subscription. Not good for business.

I have been on Happy Liver for exactly 7 days. My sleep has improved .. seem to have more energy and feeling full alot more. No cravings and I've lost 5 lbs. No gas build up and honestly just feeling more like the 68 year old energetic woman I was. I look foward to see what happens after 30 days. I 'm starting with a 90 day supply of Happy Liver always need to see myself as testimonials l are from nobody in Canada 🇨🇦. 3 week delivery of product but that is understandable considering where they are coming from.

Good customer service and quick response. Others have said their liver test numbers inproved so I am waiting to see my numbers before giving a 5 rating.

SCAM ALL THE WAY. They continue to charge your credit card and send product you never signed up for. You cannot contact them as they state 'we do not recognize your email' even though they send a tracking notice for product you did not order. This is NOT an European company they are a major SCAM operation. The only way you can stop this is to contact your credit card company and you will need to cancel your card to prevent this from happening in the future. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM.
