This company FALSELY REPRESENTS PRODUCTS. I bought 3 dresses which were advertised as linen blend, instead they are 95%polyester 4%spandex.
The posted contact PHONE NUMBER IS FAKE.
I emailed twice for the return information, as was advertised as easy. Instead I was offered " ...10% discount because the cost of rerurning is very expensive..."
I've sent a 4th email, again requesting the return information. Waiting to see what they reply.
The dresses are very nice, IF you can wear plastic. They look like a linen blend in the pictures, deceptive. ( or maybe they actually made one, for show, from a linen blend ).
We are losing our stores and these online sites are liars and thieves. I WISH there were more real STORES.

I ordered 3 dresses , delivery was late and WRONG !!! I got 3 of the same print dresses and not even one of the prints in my original order , I was so disappointed. I contacted them the same day and by the way don't try to reach them by phone bcos the number on their website is a non-working number , so I emailed them back and forth for a few days trying to get my correct order . They offered to send me 3 more dresses at 10 each additional , come on now they screwed up my first order big time and now they want more money , for real !!!! ? And when I said no I have no use for the ones I have now , they said well we will refund half of ur money and b done with u . So I got half my money back and still have 3 dresses I won't use . Eventually I will probably donate them to a homeless shelter .

This is a scam. Although you can order and get your merchandise, there is no legit customer service or phone # for them. Their return address is valid but, they're not there. The quality of their product is not great at all.

BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS DECEPTIVE COMPANY!!
I ordered 2 dresses and when they didn't fit as expected, I requested a refund and to return them. The website clearly lists the return policy, including a return address of AuraHer Returns, 9 E. 19th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10003. Customer Service insists that is for logistics coordination only" and that I must pay to return the items internationally to Hong Kong. They then have the gall to refer to their "fantastic support team".
