Immediate response to my concern. Great customer service!

Your were understanding that the tops were not a fit for my body and I appreciate the credit you are issuing.

Returns/Refunds are awful. I order clothing online regularly so I know my body and size needed. This was two sizes too small and the material is not what you would expect for a tank. I emailed for a full refund while being prepared to pay the return shipping myself. I was given option to get another size or get a 30% refund and told to keep the product I had. What a waste! I can’t use it! I complained that 30% was ridiculous and she did increase my refund to 50%. I still feel that the product should be returned at my expense so as not to waste it and that I should then get a 100% refund. Product will now be donated to thrift shop.

The tanks took a couple of weeks to arrive. They were mailed from China.
While the material is silky and feels comfortable, there is little to no support. The foam pads bunch up and are no smooth.
I requested a refund and was given 2 options: to replace for another size, or to keep them and receive a 30% refund.
Neither is satisfactory. I won’t wear the tanks and don’t need another size. Paying 70% of the total cost to try on these garments is a total rip-off!

Not a reputable company. Insinuates it’s US based and woman owned; it is NOT. Does not honor return policy as stated, rather 30% refund or exchange sizes with a high shipping charge. China made. Product is not as stated, padding not secure or sewn in.DO NOT ORDER

I ordered several tanks in error and customer service very helpful in sorting it out for me. I will definately order again.

Did.not like at all. Not comfortable. Went
through their store for ordering. Received 2 options for return: replace with a different size/color for $7.28 shipping (& keep the original). Or a 20% refund & keep the original. I chose the 2nd option, & I will donate the item to Goodwill At least I'll get some money back. Very dissatisfied.

i have not received my order yet but i will certainly review when i receive it. the site was very easy to use.

Prompt response to my request to change the size before shipping to me.

I failed to read the sizing and ordered a Medium, my usual size. I reordered a 2X. I will give the medium to a charity shop or Goodwill. I do not know an adult small enough that could wear the very tiny medium. The small fee is a bit excessive. I'm waiting for the invoice.

Excellent response time! My tanks were too big. The response to my email was quick, friendly and ready to solve my issues. The tanks are being replaced, same colors, in a smaller size. The size guarantee is real and handled quickly and the friendly, supportive care makes the experience very positive.

As to the tanks, they are comfy and will perform as advertised when I get the new size. I am looking forward to my replacement order.

The size I ordered was way too big. Maggie offered to send a replacement in a smaller size. I only had to pay the shipping. That’s great service and I appreciate the support and speedy response

How they handle problems

Ordering went well. The tank is lovely. I had a question re: the padding and it was answered promptly. Thanks!

Sizing was not very clear and they helped me order the right size for me.

Although I had had conversations with them in advance about sizing, I needed a bigger size than I had ordered. They were very patient and responded to my exact needs.

Tanks give you an unflattering droopy uniboob. Company doesn't do full refunds or returns.

My question was answered quickly and clearly.

Maggies Tanks was very customer focused. They immediately notified me of receipt of my order, sent a link to track shipping and notified me of delivery. Their notifications included pictures of their worksite which gave me comfort that they are real people! Lastly, when I had a sizing issue they immediately rectified my issue. Highly recommend.
