Wonderful khaki trench from Aurelie. Wore it into London yesterday and to the theatre – well cut, drapes beautifully and is a modern classic. Aurelie founder Lucy always encloses a handwritten note which is a lovely touch in this age of automation. Prompt delivery too.

Good quick personal service

Very unserious! Sent completely incorrect items and refuse to answer my emails! So now I have 3 items I have not ordered, but yet paid for 3 others.
SCAM company!

This company is the worst of the worst, do not order, etc, no good at all customer service terrible! Still haven't received my item!!

I bought this beautiful sequin jumper in the sale. It arrived within 2/3 business days and as described. I love the jumper and although perhaps the party season has ended will look forward to an occasion when I can where it.

I ordered two shirts. They were too big and the material wasn’t what I thought . I sent them back and they refunded straight away . Just really good customer service ! Have had other things and they are beautiful quality . Just nit did me this time .

I'm actually sorry to be writing this but I see others have had the same experience when trying to contact Aurelie. I've used before and been happy but this time I was sent the wrong size (their error), I've emailed multiple times since mid October, I've also tried phoning and texting with no response. I won't be ordering again and not looking like I'll get a refund.

I have emailed twice to get an update on a pre-order I paid for and I haven’t heard back and no update on the purchase link either. Really disappointed in having to chase.

When things go wrong, as they often do when posting parcels, help was at hand with quick response from Lucy.The blouse that I had ordered went missing at Lucy's sorting office, but within a week a new blouse was sent out to me which I received. The sad part was, the blouse was too big size 8-10, so I had to return it. I am finding small sizes seem to be bigger than they used to be.

The quality of the items I ordered is wonderful! The skirt has beautiful drape and flatters with just a little bit of unexpected edge (mini slip under a sheer midi skirt).

The jeans have a nice weight to them. Not thick but substantial enough so they hug the body and flatten my little fupa ;) to give me a slender silhouette.

Shipping took a bit of time but that was not unexpected for an overseas purchase. I love my new items!

A fab collection and Lucy is extremely helpful. I sought advice about sizing and response was immediate. Quick delivery, beautifully packaged and top quality. Definitely recommend.
